What wallet was it as that doesn't sound to be like Bitcoin Core to me as if the wallet was offline no one could touch it. Period.

You can look at the top of the form for a topic and it says the names of the moderators of that forum and send them a dm. I think you should put this message in help next time as that will probably get you better responses
