I constantly check my investments because I'm in a lot of risky lowmarketcap coins.  The only coins I could hold without fear for a long term and completely not check for over a year are bitcoin and ethereum.

I dont think that bitcoin will disrupts the economy stability, since it is a crypto currency and has nothing to do with an inflation in a country. Every govenrment should take care their own economics.

Both exchange and wallet are useful in different areas. Day traders will always store tokens on exchange for easy transaction and to reduce fee, while long term investor will find a secure wallet to store tokens.

Re: Will governments create their own cryptocurrency that will replace fiat?
by

I don't think that will have a lot of support and following though since it goes against the nature of btc that people look for. Decentralized and beyond any government's control. I don't think any government would try that and it won't qualified as a cryptocurrency if ever.

I see it seems like the future of cryptocurrency is going to be very expensive and will be the creation of new cryptcocurrencies so that digital currencies like bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies will grow.

Re: Which is more risky? Bitcoin or bank investment?
by

Ofcourse Bitcoin investment is more risky, because Bitcoin is very volatile, you may loss your investment in just a second, and Bitcoin price is changing very fast, the market is the one who deciding the price of Bitcoin also, so the more demand, the price of Bitcoin will also become expensive, just a basic economics.

Currently there are some fast moving coins, and I see this move will make competition for bitcoin even beat bitcoin, if bitcoin does not move faster in raising its price and improve its services especially on better security and bitcoin transactions.

Yes a lot of waiting and I know it won't be that long before proving them wrong about Bitcoin. Then I won't need to stress myself in convincing them because they will be able to see the proof.

To join 1 airdrop value is very hard, even many scam projects. However, bounties take a lot of time, offsetting higher airdrop values. Of course I love bounties!

I would have poured everything into Ethereum if I were you, and left the bitcoin. I would also start to take an active part in bounty companies. And then, after gaining a large sum and getting a profit from Ethereum, I thought about further infusion of funds.

Re: Bitcoin and altcoin: Who will take control of the market?
by
mrsimons121

Bitcoin has been the dominant force in the market for a long time and it would be so in near future too. Although, some altcoins such as Ethereum, Neo, Litecoin, and Monero have done well, but they are not in a position to control the market.

Re: Why people try to create their own coins?
by

I think they create their own coins cause of money, they create project and used coins of their project so they can earn more, if the investor used their coin. Some of them legit but others scam so be careful to buy new coins.

Re: Is it normal to wait for 6 months for a bounty reward?
by
mrsimons121
on 03/06/2018, 20:28:14 UTC
based on my experience I received a reward bounty range of 2 weeks to 2 months after the ICO period, usually it was informed in the group. try to ask again in the official group, approximately until when you have to wait for your reward acceptance.
