Yeah, it's been about 10 days.

Maybe the Neptune came in and he's setting it up?! (wishful thinking...)

Also this seems interesting.. In August another 3TH might not be worth all that much though.

Neptune is KnCMiner’s first 20nm product. It features a minimum of 3,000 GH/s (aka 3 TH/s) of hashing speed, five times faster than the company’s most recent bestselling miner, the Jupiter. It also boasts a 30 percent reduction in watts-per-GH. Thanks to KnCMiner’s offer, each customer who ordered a first or second batch Neptune, will get a minimum 6TH for each order, with their original 3TH product shipped in June and the free “third batch” machine delivered in August.

Good to hear from you!

Didnt KNC promise to host 3 TH of hashing for us original customers if they didnt deliver on time - in their datacenter using jupiter equipment so we wouldnt lose if they were not able to meet their delivery date.

It's outlined here, but there aren't many details.

Any way to check up on this Ragin? Or transfer the account to someone who has time to fill this role?

Hash while you wait.

First it’s important to note that we don’t expect to be late at all everything is on track. It’s just always good to have a backup plan. Second our mega-data center in the north of Sweden is nearing completion so we can give out some more details. All customers of Neptune’s will be able to use completely free of charge our data center to hash for them at 3TH either on our pool or a pool of their choice while they wait for their product to be shipped. The first customers (batch 1) are expected to be hashing in our data center in early June and the last customer will hash in our data center around the last week of June. All the customers will be able to hash in that data center for as long as we are late in shipping your Neptune product, this service will be provided on a best effort basis. We have a 24/7 operations teams in place with multiple redundant internet and power connections and we will aim to have as close to 0 down time as possible.

Nothing.

I assume he's isn't dead, because I continue to receive my divs from his first operation.

Also, after some digging, it is true he paid for the first Neptune, here is the link to the receipt:

https://bitpay.com/invoice/46hTFHuZ7o7CyfhU6Gnukz
Order number: 1J4-X705-011676
(which is valid on their site, shows only 'paid')

All that being said, I have no idea where he is, or what he's doing. I can only assume he'll show back up when that Neptune arrives on his doorstep. At least I hope so.

Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement

I was just about to post that very thing...

The company line from the AMA has been (as I understand it) : "Choose to take the new contract, or choose to keep the original contract, no legal advice will be provided to inform that decision."

But the original contract is no longer available, considering it's been modified to reflect the capped 100MH/s hash rate... so really, we're only able to choose between contract v1.5 and contract v2...

How do we, as investors/clients reconcile this choice? It hardly seems like one at all.

The original contract (v1) clearly states that individual bond hashrate will increase as new hardware is available. Stop saying we have a choice of our contracts. As far as I understand, we only have the choice between the recently modified contact, and the new contract.

50,000 bonds will be put up for sale @0.25BTC/bond or market value +-5% at the time of the bonds being issued, whichever is of greater value.  This installment will add at least 15TH/s to the companies mining operation, and with it will follow an increase in dividend payout to a minimum of 166.67MH/s per bond (this may increase depending on company expansion).  This not only gives the new investors an increase in dividend payment, but gives greater benefits to the initial and early investors.

It is intended the third installment will likely mimic the second installment thereby potentially increasing the company’s total hashrate to 40+TH/s which will in turn bump the dividend payout to 200+MH/s per share.  All the forgoing and following estimates presume a fully sold out bond/contract offering and returns for mining based on certain historical data for returns of similar operations.

It is intended installments in the operation will continue to occur which will provide more value to the company as well as more value to each individual bond as the company matures.  These expansions, if they occur, will likely grow the company and our mining capacity in size which will provide further expanded payouts in the form of dividends (or increased dividends to investors).  It is currently intended a portion of the money the company receives in revenue from bond sales and mining will be used to expand the operation which will further increase dividends per bond.  It is currently intended the company will be adding to the bondholders hashrate on a regular basis as the company expands so one should expect to receive greater dividends than those explained above.

Let's find a different solution here, or call it what it is and stop pretending we have a choice at all.

This update means that if you previously had 100 contracts, you now have 300 contracts.  The contracts are now all worth 100MH/s each and will remain that way indefinitely.

So with the addition of new hardware, where does that unallocated/unsold hashing power go?

Does that mean current shares = 300Mh/s per share and all future shares will be 100Mh/s per share?

Does that scale with added hashrate to our network, or does that mean a fixed 100Mh/s regardless of future inclusions?

At the current rate going rate (0.05 btc/share?), making that back with 100Mh/s is essentially impossible?

I'm confused? I thought we owned shares representing a fraction of the total mining capabilities of Lab_Rat LLC? What's changed?

I got 0.000524306 per share also.. Which matches some above... but I got paid for 30 instead of 40 shares...

(otherwise I got 0.0003932295 per share)
