Actually, BTC is not the first digital currency, but it is the fisrt successful Crypto. Even though Ethereum is considered second best, there are many coins in the space competing and claiming to be better than BTC, so is ethereum now have many coins on its toes claiming to be better than what Ethereum have to offer.

For this year, there are many good projects coming up on Ethereum platform. That's why it is gaining more space in the crypto world. Interesting times coming up.

Re: BTC is back ? is that good time to invest ?

This might be start of a bull run this year. Hence, investing at this point would yield to huge profit. As the market value of Bitcoin is rising, same thing will happen with the profit. Avoid selling already but continue holding. Still expect for backdrops for the following days but take it as an opportunity to invest.

Re: Don't hold Bitcoin for long time.

Bitcoin being the pioneer of in crypto world, I believe is the best coin for a long-term investment, and if you have Bitcoin you should hold it. The moment crypto currency gets into legacy markets, is the time when the crypto values will soar. And once it happens, Bitcoin will be the first one to boom. It has great advantages and potential to yield big profit and it is going to be very profitable soon.

Re: Do crypto currency accepted in your country?

Not yet, they are still not accepted in my country. There has been many arguments about it between the government and federal banks. The government seems to not give a clear statement about the crypto currency but the people still using crypto currency as their way to make money. The most recent restriction is on the banks to not trade with exchanges that deal in cryptos.

I hope that soon my governments will realize that crypto currency is not bad and many people can get a better life because they can earn money from it.

Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro?

It is important you study the white paper because you get know the details about the technology and how effective it is implemented. It is also important because, you can easily spot out the token metrics, strengths and weaknesses of an ICO if need be before making the final decision on whether you wish to invest or not.

This becomes important when you want to be a part of project for long term. Else if you are only looking to make quick money through trading, I think it is fine if you miss some whitepapers. Wink

Re: encourage others to crypto
by

It depends on person to person. There is only one problem with that. When they invest what if the market becomes bearish? Then they start pointing fingers because i'm the one who encourage them to invest. That's why I choose  to answer some questions of people around me very carefully. If they are willing to lose and not afraid of the risk i think we can get along but i don't like people blaming others because someone told them to invest. If they want to invest then they must learn first and understand the risks involved. I saw this scenario when someone is trying or forcing others to invest even if they don't like and suddenly end up losing money then they blame that one person for forcing them. Maybe if they want to try here it must start first with theirself on how much are they willing to invest not only money but time.

Cheers!!

Re: Are. You leaving crypto?

People who are new to crypto market will be a little skeptical, while experienced investors see huge opportunities in the crypto market. Its a personal choice though. I think, for a long time the opportunity to make a big profit from the purchase of crypto currencies will not be able to exist, and after the start of regulation, the increase in prices for coins will be small.

Therefore, it is important now not to miss this opportunity and invest in crypto during last correction of this market.

Re: Why hold ethereum
by
msadikot53
on 20/07/2018, 09:06:59 UTC
I believe Ethereum has great potential in the world of cryptos. Its currently one of the best there is, in fact its only second to bitcoin in both Value and market cap, and out performs bitcoin in important sections such a the transaction rates, the technology upon which it operates is one of the best and it keeps improving.

The other reason being is that there are a lot of good projects getting built on Ethereum as a platform. This has resulted in the diversification of Ethereum's presence in the market. Because of this, its value will shoot in future, thanks to the the number of ICOs launching on its platform.

Fingers crossed, if any of the project becomes popular, hold this coin till that time and you will no regret.

Cheers!!

Re: Your Country and Cryptos
by

Things are looking bad for crypto currencies in India. RBI, that is the federal bank in India, issued a circular asking banks and other financial institutions to stop doing business or providing financial services to those dealing in crypto currencies. In a statement on April 5, the RBI had said virtual currencies, also referred to as crypto currencies and crypto assets, raise concerns of consumer protection, market integrity and money laundering, among others.

The move came after it was observed that the several companies had started dealing in over thousands of digital currencies which, the government and the RBI claim, had no intrinsic value - therefore leaving the investors at risk. The RBI's move was an attempt to ring-fence regulated entities from the risks associated with crypto currencies.  Since December 2013, the RBI had issued four warnings against bitcoin and other crypto-currencies.

The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the petition against the RBI circular on July 20 but had agreed for an early hearing on a separate petition filed by Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI), which considers the crypto currency exchanges as its members.

Besides, the Central government is already in process of formulating a law to regulate digital currency business in India. So all in all, it is looking very grim for now.

Re: What are your plans with your Crypto Currency?

Oh its simple for me... I am going to retire with a belly full of crypto currency with my name. I am not selling a penny any time soon. I personally believe that if blockchain as an architecture gets accepted worldwide, then in future my coins are definitely going sky high. I have planned in a way to have my long term investment in cryptos.

It is a high risk investment but I am willing to give it a shot. Cheers!

Is it a good opportunity to invest or the market will slide down further?
by
msadikot53
on 04/07/2018, 04:41:04 UTC
I have started following the crypto world since last 1 year and at that time the market was on an all time high. Everyone thought that it was the boom of blockchain that the experts predicted with Bitcoin expected to reach 1 million by 2020.

But after that it has been a blood bath. There have been many factors contributing to it like security flaws in exchanges, sanctions by governments, huge sell off by holders and many others. The Crash has been very bad and it has affected the confidence of investors interested in buying currencies or investing in the projects implementing blockchain.

Now that there are many altcoins in the market and are at a very low price, is it safe to start investing again? Or will it slide further down the rabbit hole?

Re: Is product important for a project?
by
msadikot53
on 03/07/2018, 04:22:37 UTC
A product is indeed very important for the project because it's what investors are interested in.

It may be possible that project has the capacity to realize the ideas that the team are presenting through their whitepapers and in whatever meetings, forum, and seminars. It may also mean that the project is really dedicated to pursue them.

On the other hand there are projects that are actually stuck in letters and words, not in action. It may also mean that the project and the team are really working and functioning. These are all vital to potential investors.

After all its the ROI that people look into while they invest in any project. No matter how technologically advance the idea is, if it does not materialize then you tend to loose interest of the investors.

Re: Do you still support Ethereum?
by
msadikot53
on 03/07/2018, 04:00:07 UTC
There are many altcoin options available in the market but I believe Ethereum still holds the edge.

Ethereum changed how their blockchain operated as it's inspired by Bitcoin but based on an improved technology that makes the transactions easier. There are many amazing projects getting built using Ethereum as a platform. Hence if some of the applications get popular in the market, then its a win for ETH as well.

Many experts predict ETH will in the top of crypto currency but that's for the future to tell.

Uncertainty in the market is definitely there. You need to be patient, if we are not patient for now then the future loss will come. There are many good altcoin projects in the market right now. Maybe you can look for some airdrops to cover your loss. But my personal advice is not book any loss by selling your coins.

This is possible, but the best way to protect against this is to do a lot of research into the ICO and ask questions, see if they have any flaws and if so, just move onto the next one. Market research is very important here.

Loved the forest gump reference. If you follow market trends, then you have an opportunity to get the best out of it.

Any answer to this question will be incorrect. I would say going by the recent history especially at the top ten in the crypto currency world, ethereum has been stable for a while now. Other than that, you need to follow recent trends and market news to figure out good investment opportunities. Good luck!

Re: Would you kill your own children if God commanded you to?

I think the real question here is that would you sacrifice the thing you love most in this world for something that you truly believe in? You can change the variables here for love and belief as you want. There have been instances where people have made sacrifices in the name of Satan, abandoned families to achieve cosmic reality, some have done this in the name of science and the list can go on and on.

So again it all comes to one thing. One example that I would like to give here is the assassination of Hussain(A.S) the grand son of Prophet Mohammad(S.A.W). Hussain sacrificed his entire family including his 6 months old son for the protection of Islam in which he believed. Something to think about.

Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency
by

on 29/06/2018, 04:06:27 UTC
Of course i truly believe not only in crypto currency but also in other related projects behind an Altcoin or ICO.

I am follow this since last one year and I believe it has the power to change the perception around the globe.

Crypto currency is the future, I believe in the principles of integrity of the blockchain that have revolutionized the modern transactions everyday, you can just see latest changes about the Bitcoin ( Bitcoin Lightning Network ) that implements new nodes in the traditional Bitcoin transactions to speed up very well.

There will be more and more good changes in the future, just wait and see whats happens.
