Okay, on the 20th floor are :
Thomas Klinke Immobilien GmbH -> tk-immo.de
loqio GmbH -> loqio.de
On both websites are phone numbers so I called them. loqio GmbH phone is just playing music and a message that someone will pick up the phone but after 5 minutes it did not happen. But when I called the Thomas Klinke Immobilien GmbH it got interesting, because the company owner himself picked up the phone. Since you should be on the same floor, he did not know anything about a company called "SmartGenie". He said the only company on the same floor is loqio GmbH which is a call center.
EDIT: The managing director of loqio GmbH just called me back, he saw my number on his phone. He never heard anything about SmartGenie as well.
What now?

The building is an office tower on top of a shopping center. To be fair maybe there is an explanation and I can come again during working hours tomorrow or on wednesday if I get a clear description where the office is because there is no company "smartgenie".

Back in 2014, some people did this - they put $100 into every alt that existed.
But they never came back to say whether this was a profitable strategy - I'm guessing that the long bear market of 2014 - 2016 destroyed all their profits.
It's not a bad strategy - it's similar to what venture capitalists do - scatter the money and hope that one investment makes it big enough to compensate for the rest. But you need nerves of steel and patience enough to wait out the bear markets.

Exactly, it doesn't necessarily have to be $100, it can be less so it won't hurt. And as others posted, by less then $1 I meant "anything underpriced", so you all were right that the price shouldn't be the leading indicator. Of course it would need some investigation and don't buy pumps, wait for the dips within some period of time, then close, forget the password for one year and then wait for the surprise.
Imagine you have $4000 to invest. What are your thoughts about investing just a little amount (~$100) in every altcoin in top40 which price is still under $1? Wouldnt that bring some profit after few months? I am sure at least few of them would get pumped x-times above $1. Also not all of them would drop to $0.

Nope, I should go a lot for the promising coin. There is no reason to divide my amount to the crap coin even $100 because i just like a deal with high risk with my investment. I'm not sure about that it caused by a lot of the in the low cap due to the bad development. Any thoughts? Could that work?
And if you do a little research just to drop the shitcoins, do some analysis and buy them not by the price but by their market cap it could bring some profit I think.

I wonder what do you think about the past few days of these coins. I used to read how people believe in them and how they're good and undervalued. I am still holding some from both but the profit is slowly becoming a loss now. Will they recover? Or it was a simple pump and now they're dumping? Where is the reality of "WAVES, definitely WAVES"?
