So as the title says I made an Ethereum Raffle System + token. Completely functional and ready to go.
BUT...
I can't legally run it in my country due to gambling laws.
 
What are my options?

I figure I can either:

• Host and run it anonymously, make some good money but then it's locked in crypto (cleaning that sort of cash is beyond me). Would rather not, completely illegal
• Do an ICO but sell all the stake and set it up as a DAO of sorts where I'm not profiting directly from gambling. Token Holders would get the profits the site generates. Less preferable, still murky but would consider
• Sell the site + contracts to an interested party who can then do whatever he wants with it. Some of the money at time of sale and the rest in installments as I tailor the site to their needs. I think it's my best option

Im having the same problem with TWO 13.5TH S9s I just got today. I tried 2 different Bitmain PSUs and both S9s sometimes show one board, sometimes 2, and for a few hours before a restart all 3. Can you confirm another PSU will fixed this?

Also I have an L3 that mines just fine with both PSUs. What gives???

where did you download the latest firmware from? I tried downloading from their site https://shop.bitmain.com/support.htm?pid=00720161126080548570Q2tDBXAH065D but it seems their amazon web services is down :/
