when checking bet history with " Closed Deals " i can see just few of them not all, for betters i think a full separate binary / bet history page ( somewhere near tx history? ) is a needed feature

Re: Would you buy Bitcoin now with hard cash?
by

Why wouldn't people use cash? in the end, the current value and rise is particularly for people sing their own money to buy bitcoin, this might have been a question in 2011 or earlier, but since then, it's very natural for people to buy bitcoins with their own cash,.

Artificially limiting access to your betting money is a good way, for example, if you are betting crypto's then using a paper wallet and keeping multiple copies in safes and in banks (making it difficult to go and use them) is a decent starting step.

Re: Bitcoin as a source of income?
by
mudboy93
on 15/06/2017, 10:49:18 UTC
Using bitcoins as a sole and single source of funds as a full time job is difficult, I don't even know if traders can earn enough to only rely on bitcoins, the other problem is volatility which makes making stable profit from bitcoins a very difficult task. The only ones making full-time work on BTC are developers and employee of large bitcoin businesses, each of these have staffs even exceeding a small IT company.

Re: Bitcoin transaction fees over 30%?
by
mudboy93
on 15/06/2017, 10:38:13 UTC
now is not the time of micro transactions like how it used to be before, with both the rise in price of btc for around 5-6 times and the increase in fees to a default of at least 0.0003 the value became awful.
even faucets are all using off-chain transfer system because in-chain is becoming more and more expensive.

Re: Does Bitcoin really need an ATM?
by
mudboy93
on 15/06/2017, 09:20:35 UTC
ATM's aren't necessary but are for a small group of people, it is not a fundamental part of bitcoin at all, exchanging through exchanges and through ATM's almost have the same interest and cost..
The ATM might be good to people with less regular traders using bitcoins and exchanging them, since they do not need people to exchange with but automatically.

Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose?
by
mudboy93
on 15/06/2017, 09:05:26 UTC
I save it for a future opportunity in the BTC world or anywhere to get more money, so it's more like a future investment for a bigger growth to BTC than using it right now for a small plane visit to a country or the like.

Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin?
by
mudboy93
on 15/06/2017, 08:48:21 UTC
The first time I heard about bitcoins was from a newspaper after the arrest of the owner of SilkRoad, the article also talked about bitcoin being a private online currency usable worldwide, I followed that with googling bitcoin and starting to join the community.
considering the source of interest, even bad publicity is publicity indeed.

I don't know about if these work for the US since I'm not living there and I didn't research that about these cards I use "it's your task" but BTC-X and Xapo cards have been my favorite from a long while, easy to use with relatively low fees.

Re: RANSOMWARE impact
by

on 15/06/2017, 07:56:55 UTC
Ransomware won't be a negative thing to bitcoin in long term, but it would at least make people and security websites more vigilant to the risk of ransomware generally, This isn't the fault of users or bitcoin in the end and even not the fault that got hacked, but the one distributing it.
Even with Mixer's, I think the FBI and other agencies will track the one who made it, seeing their determination in cases like these.

Re: Bitcoin is not in a bubble. people are using it to park their dollars.
by

on 15/06/2017, 07:47:22 UTC
Yup, considering the invulnerability of BTC to inflation allot of people are using it as stocks and storage, in the same time it's also easy to skip additional taxation from it using it's anonymous nature.
BTC already shown throughout the years it is not a bubble that will burst.
