Also, unfortunately... We went to order some random cables from China this week and today they told us they were taking off for their holiday (Chinese New Year). They said they'd be back in the office Feb 8th. This may apply to many of the suppliers and services they may need to use in the next few weeks. So they might not only be able to start working mid-Feb. But... Again, I have no idea what I'm talking about, just going from common sense really.
Right. Manufacturers will close for 3-7days in the Chinese New Year. That's the legal holiday week. Doesn't stop them working now though. And you can't force people not to work at "legal holiday" time. I'm sure FC is more interested in making millions that taking 7 days off.
Calm down. Don't let our imagination run wild.

I'm chinese. Still no confirmed news about the tapeout.
But the ASICMiner team will attend the China Bitcoin Summit 2014, which hold by UBM Group & Bitfund.pe. April 19-20, still in preparation.

We really need a list of AM holders which can be checked by ourself
I disagree. Some shareholders don't want their holdings publicized / you could just look at where the div payments are going to / see which addresses hold shares - it's all public.And, it's different from the public info on blockchain. It's the info from AM side, which might be wrong.
Huh? The info from the AM side is the list of shareholders. It's not wrong, if you're not in the list that's used to pay dividends then you don't own any shares and no amount of pleading or begging to anyone will change that.
Please keep in mind that AM is a company managed by HUMAN. Human can make mistake.
As far as I know, I'm not the only holder who get involved in such problem last week.
So I'm not begging, dude. In my mails & PM to FC, I report it as a bug in current payment process.

违法是事实，企业和个人的任何帐务往来都必须符合帐务流程。比如用户从OKCoin取现20万到自己账户，企业就要以20万为基数进行帐务登记，那么这条帐务记录的帐务类型是什么？中间所涉及的税款又怎么处理？？？
印象中，按照财产转让、偶然所得、股息、红利所得等条目处理均需要征收20%的个人所得税。
即使按照上述标准纳税，税务部门是否承认操作合规，又变成了另外一层问题。

顺便提一下chbtc操作的隐患，因为国家已经定义比特币为虚拟商品，那么操作的方式类似Q币，而对于买卖Q币这样的货品一样是要征收税款的。
国税总局发布过一条关于个人通过网络买卖虚拟货币取得收入征收个人所得税问题的批复
内容总结为以下4点：
- 个人通过网络收购玩家的虚拟货币，加价后向他人出售取得的收入，属于个人所得税应税所得，应按照"财产转让所得"项目计算缴纳个人所得税。
- 个人销售虚拟货币的财产原值为其收购网络虚拟货币所支付的价款和相关税费。
- 对于个人不能提供有关财产原值凭证的，由主管税务机关核定其财产原值。
- 抄送：各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市地方税务局，西藏、宁夏、青海省（自治区）国家税务局。
法理上，如果是通过交易平台交易所得，那么要提交购买与出售的凭证，计算差价，并按照"财产转让所得"交纳个人所得税（税率20%）。然后在平台转出资金到个人账户时，依然要有合法的帐务流程。所以chbtc如果操作出现纰漏被国税局调查，用户也会受到牵连（因为买卖比特币时出现个人逃税行为）。

Dividend was paid out just the passthru holders need to wait for them to be paid out if your on havelock just wait on TAT a bit
Works great for weeks. But something wrong on this time.
Just mailed FC. Hope they can fix it.

And please hire an assistant director, who we can contact easily, to cover the daily routine of shares.
