Hi There,

The last email that I received from Anne Swanepoel  (from PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency) was on June 10th 2015.
Since then I must have dropped off their email list for unknown reasons. Could someone please send me a contact to reach out to to get back on that list?
I filed my claim end of 2012 and got partially reimbursed back then... but obviously hoping to receive more that once was mine.

Thanks.

Without being an technical expert I think the namecoin-integration would be a great thing.
Whatever gives namecoin more exposure and actually provides real use cases can only be of mutual benefit for all parties involved. I am not saying that namecoin has no real use cases yet, it just feels like it could use some external boost to make efforts easier use and for possible wider adoption. So far it feels
like nmc-developpers are dealing mostly with nitty-gritty stuff with a slight chance of not
seeing the bigger picture (no offense).

So, I am all for it for the benefit of both coins!

Thanks man. deep research.
I hope he pays back, or he goes back to jail.
payback in one form or another, but he can't just take what doesn't belong
to him. criminal record, I guess he didn't change much.

seems like emunie is the only fundraising coin that is doing it right, whether you like them or not.

Months of public beta testing before the IPO as well as the founders themselves having to buy-in with no premine ... I wonder why they're not claiming they need to get paid for their work.  They seem to believe in their product more than the ether team does in theirs.

You have to respect that.

+1 eMunie is the true second generation coin

oh well .... *so sad*

btcguild = "so far, so good"

Some things to look forward to:

Secure Login Systems
Namecoin Torrent Client (decentralized/censorship resistant)
Fair Name Trading (buy/sell namecoin names in your client safely)
Namecoin Instant Messenger (secure messaging system)
Lite client
Decentralized MicroBlog
Secure Web Browsing .bit domains

and much more...

That all sounds really great, can't wait for these features to be developed. Do you have any idea about timeline, when any of those items will be released?

I like namecoin, I do believe it has a lot of potential and at the same time I am wondering why all new 'fun-alt-coins' seem to have a better accessibility?
What strikes me every time I am trying to find a mac-wallet for namecoin, that I don't seem to be able to find one, unless I am compiling it myself, right?
(and that is not going to happen because I am not that tech-savvy) I feel like with the dot-bit forum, namecoin.info and namecoin.org - there are too many resources that all look very different that it is hard to tell which one is legit and more importantly the right source of information.... I can imagine that this simple fact alone is a huge hurdle for a wider adoption, let alone the missing mac-wallet software.

What I would wish for is an official entity that has credibility to organize web-presence and offers downloads of official software (with pgp and or md5).
All these softwares from to be downloaded at mediafire, box.com etc... don't really create a lot of trust, in my opinion.

I just wanted to put that out there as I believe, getting these things sorted out would greatly benefit the namecoin-environment.

On a different note: Does somebody know if www.namecoin.org is legit? It has a wide range of wallets available for downloads but I can't find credits on that site... which makes it suspicious to me.

Thanks.

Thanks! Insightful... don't bother to elaborate... I hope that wasn't an answer to my questions above.

I think I don't fully understand emunie yet, but I'd apprecite any help that lets me further understand.
Also it makes me a little skeptical if a developer needs several forum pages to describe his project.
I am a big fan of simplicity (btc and other coins) ....not even sure if all fearures like chat, email really are
necessary or just a bloat, ppl don't change. nobody will drop email or text for these features.

But my questions is in regard to supply demand and price stabilisation.
Let's say the presale is over an people got their emunies at $0.1 a piece.
What prevents other people from putting in buyorders at $0.0001 ?
Obviously there would a demand that nobody would be willing to fill.
On the other end, what prevents people from offering their coins at $100.00 a piece?

So my question is what triggers inflation? Would you guys fill the demand at $0.0001 and inflate
the whole currency by giving other ppl more? Obviously you must have thought of threshholds that trigger influation... how can this system be self-regulating and how do you prevent ppl messing around with it?
Also, is there a limited supply of reissued emunies per timeframe or unlimited supply all the time?

Thanks.

Again sorry for the delay. The investor portal has been updated and you all should see the dividend hit your bitcoin address's before the end of the night. Any news that I post on there I will also post on the forums and I will provide a link.

I think you may have under cooked the transaction fee there - that's why it hasn't propagated or confirmed in the last 4 hours...
A fee of 0.0005 is probably the minimum for a transaction of this size (between 4 and 5 KB)

On a different note, I'm glad to see signs of progress with resurrecting business operations. Keep the updates coming  Smiley

yup just realized that...

When are you planning on releasing the dividends? Haven't received anything in my wallet yet.

Thanks.

Alright guys, I apologize for the long delay. The investor portal is still a work in progress as I have been busy working on other things essential to btcQuicks operation. Right now we are still working with a company on getting everything setup for our credit card merchant account. This process takes a little longer when you are dealing with a bigger company. We have been able to secure an account in order to process ACH/Bank Transfers for our U.S. customers. Initially this will be limited to some of our loyal customers so that we can get a feel for how the system will work and get some of the bugs worked out. We are currently working on integrating the ACH system into our site and we should be up and running with that at the end of the week.

Here are some deadlines we have set:

- Investor Portal - Be able to verify number of shares, view investor specific information such as profits and earnings, and receive dividends - By December 6th
- ACH Payment Integration - By December 6th
- New Credit/Debit Card Processor Integration - By December 13th
- Dividend for November 15th to December 15th - On December 16th
- Blockchain.info new Wallet integration - By December 31st

Feel free to ask any questions that you may have and I will do my best to answer them

Thanks,
Ascension

Ascension,
Any news about the dividend?

Thanks.

you gotta be kidding me!
no encrypted wallet? no cold storage?
i hope the individual dividends were safe?!?
If not tytus can pay me back in his stock.

i tired of loosing coins because of amateurs
and paying for their unprofessionality.

maybe you should pay out the dividends to external
shareholder-addresses directly, daily. then you can continue the
amateur-hour.

i know it's my own fault.
but sometimes i wish this is just a bad dream, or even a bad managed company that eventually will bring the hashes online.
there is just too much money involved to let it slide... the most might be gone, but i still hope for some change and for justice.
that labcoin-move is just not good enough to get away with. ...labcoined Sad

Someone bought around half of that at .0002 BTC. That's a pretty good chunk of change to throw at LC at this stage in the game...

November 03, 2013 03:28    Buy   0.0002   202,305   40.4610
November 03, 2013 03:28    Buy   0.0002   37,695   7.5390
It's very likely it was the issuer who bought those - it happened within a minute of the number of shares held by the company going back and forth by about 400k shares, if memory serves.

So they are importing shares to the exchange and buying cheap shares..
What is a possible reason to do those both things? Anybody?

One of the option would be that he is in fact going to return 3500btcs that he is supposed to have in form of one time dividend as he promised. And by doing this he would be making some nice profit for himself

...some nice profit for himself...
very funny. As he didn't have that profit already...

Quick update.

I'm not giving too much away but, yes investigations have started.  I'm no longer interested in share holders opinions on if this needs to be done or not.  I want my BTC back + compensation (and that's allot of BTC).  I've committed to employing serious collectors who understand allot of $$$ is to be earn't.

That's great news!
