Lo de los chinos es de apuestas y, aunque muy fea, la página funciona.

Mi experiencia con exchange.bitparking.com es buena. Se puede cambiar moneda en el acto usando las ofertas que hay en cada momento, pero lo interesante es intentar adivinar, poner una oferta y rezar para que alguien la use.
Es especulación pura, porque vale que los bitcoin de momento no tienen mucho valor real (en el sentido de invertir en negocios que crean valor y tal), pero es que el namecoin se usa muchísimo menos y su valor es totalmente "inventado". La cosa va simplemente de que compras namecoins con bitcoins a tanto y los vendes procurando sacar algo. Te pongo un ejemplo:

Esta es la página principal. Las ofertas de compra están bajo "Buy Orders" y las de venta bajo "Sell Orders".

Si quieres comprar namecoins, tienes 2 opciones:
- usar la primera oferta de venta (columna "Sell Orders", puedes comprar
  hasta 2670.21157800 NMC a 0.0024 BTC cada uno)
- poner una oferta de compra y esperar a que alguien te venda NMC. Si quieres que salga arriba, tiene que ser superior
  a la que ya hay (por ejemplo, puedes ofrecer comprar 10 NMC a 0.00232224 cada uno, que ya es
  un satoshi mñas que la oferta anterior). No hace falta que tu oferta sea la primera, puedes estar convencido
  de que caerá el precio a 0,0019 y poner la oferta ahí.

Si quieres vender, las mismas opciones pero al revés:
- vender al tipo que puso la primera oferta de compra (está dispuesto a comprarte 82 NMC y pico a 0.00232223 cada uno)
- poner una oferta de venta (un poco más barato de 0.0024 para que sea la primera, o
  a .004 si te vas de vacaciones y estás convencido de que subirá).

Una cosilla que he aprendido es que, como regla general, cuando el BTC sube, el NMC baja (estos últimos meses
de subida brutal del BTC han dejado al namcoin pal arrastre, hasta el 11 de marzo más o menos, cuando ocurrió
la movida del bug y hubo un mini bajón del BTC).

Hay una tercera columna, de últimas transacciones donde siempre me quedo flipado de ver cómo alquien tiene 3000 L€ para
sacarlos a pasear en esta cosa, pero bueno.

El tema de las comisiones es que por cada compra/venta que haces, se te quedan un 0.4%, ya sean BTC o NMC. Para poder
hacer trade tienes que hacer un depósito (de BTC o NMC) que luego retirarás cuando necesites (ojo, que hay un mínimo para retirar, pero me parece que es de 0.001 BTC).

Buenas, yo conozco bitcoin desde verano de 2012, pero me considero aún novato.
Te cuento mi historia:

Llegué a conseguir 0.2 BTC desde cero y con mucho trabajo de la siguiente manera.

- Miné en el pool de slush con una tarjeta bastante cutre, y no me dio mucho (pero como
  lo hacía desde el curro... ). Sólo me valió para probar la experiencia, pero slush tiene buena
  pinta. Si no tienes una buena tarjeta...

- Me hice todos los sitios chungos de "visita y te damos limosna", en especial dailybitcoins
 (de nuevo desde el curro, menudo sobresueldo me saqué: lo menos 20 centimazos de leuro).

- Gracias a slush me enteré de lo que es un namecoin e investigando, dí con exchange.bitparking.com,
  un exchange de bitcoin/namecoin. Ahí sí que gané, casi todo de mis primeros 0.2 BTC viene de ahí.
  Era la primera vez que podía invertir en algo parecido en bolsa y se convirtió en obsesión.

Y a partir, de aquí, con eso y con algo que compré buscando un negociete. De momento me he hecho
una página para jugar a los chinos y estoy a ver si despega.

  I know it's ridiculous but I don't have much BTC and just wanted
  to debug my code.

    Now they've finally moved! They made a couple of jumps.
  The two first are anonymous and the last isn't, but none of them
  have arrived yet to their destiny. I guess they will do eventually.
  (I made some tests about 6 months ago, also with tiny amounts, and things were
  much faster, that's why I got scared).

-  What about the callback? It never arrived. Only the call made by the

Is the blockchain.info API working for you?

I'm developing with it and the test goes OK (my callback gets hit in test mode).

I'm generating addresses correctly but:

- They've  disabled the anonymous feature. In the examples, the request to generate a new address is of the form.
   https://blockchain.info/api/receive?method=create&address=$receiving_address&callback=$callback_url
  
   but that returns error if you don't include the old "anonymous" parameter.

- Money sent to the generated address doesn't gets to the other side, no matter if
  the "anonymous" parameter is set to "true" or "false"
  (maybe the amounts were too tiny - order of millibitcoin?)
