People here are well paid to ad for casinos. Do not take them seriously. I suggest you to open a scam thread here detailing everything, from signup until the final ban.
Maybe you can find contact with someone that represents BetPanda here (not likely tho, they left here and just left their Marketing people)
Or you can follow-up a sue in Costa Rica, maybe that's viable, I am not sure of your case and local jurisdictions.

Tell me without telling me you knew how signature campaign works here in the forum. They are not obligated to do shill post to depend the casino.
Most of the user here is playing fairly that’s why no one encounter a lot of issue against the casino. They depend casinos based on their experience.
We have a lot of casino here that condemned already due to their blatant scam activity against players. The problem on your case was the evidence can be viewed by casino alone so there’s no way for us to judge the situation per your narrative. I suggest to pursue arbitrator action against the casino.
From the look of things you muridogg is the one that is actually shilling for possible competitors since you have refused to show some level of respectful and valid evidence to support your claims.
I played on multiple sportsbook - to name a few: Rollbit, Fortunejack, Rainbet, BC, Stake, Pinnacle, bet365, betway. None of them take your deposit money if you do anything wrong, none of them ignore scam accusations. If you think I am trying to make people blacklist Betpanda, no, i don't even care about them. I made 2 posts a month ago. I've even talked shit about Chips despite being paid I don't recommend them, they are shit. But BetPanda is on another level, they say they don't KYC on their ToS to then change their whole standpoint saying "we only KYC if you are doing anything wrong" - which is false, because I have a friend that got KYCd before he got paid. They have multiple scam accusations for stupid shit - and don't return the user deposit despite not proving a valid reason on why he got excluded. Even so, it's a shady practice. If you vouch for that, too bad, you have just room temperature IQ.
Search BETPANDA Scam on this same forum and look up. There is valid evidence for everything on what I am saying. They hold a 2.1 score on ag, with multiple unresolved and unanswered disputes.
Anyone that's reading this can do it. DYOR and see what they are up to.

Probably the other casino that you are currently using still ignored the flagged on your account given by Betsby. They can always restrict your account anytime especially if you have huge profit to cover those previous withdrawals that you made.

No, I didn't get banned by Betby. I contacted them, they said they hardly ever blocked players and I wasn't on their list.

It’s hard to believe that they hardly blocked users while they are the one that keep flagging user since they hold the records of players from different casino.
Sometimes majority of those accusations, are not the fault of the casino so.e time the player's may have violated one or two of the casino rules to warrant such restrictions if there is any.
1. I have not been given a reason why I have been banned. There's nothing to share to you. Betpanda needs to provide reason for why I have been banned, because they've been vague. They even don't wanna comment, as they haven't responded in AskGamblers or my emails.
2. I've made scam allegations. Provided whether they are truthful to the public eye doesn't matter rn, as Betpanda doesn't even care. They took my money and left it unresponded. If they respond, I can provide everything they want, in this same thread. Right now, I know nothing on why I have been restricted.

5. You have a BetPanda flair, they pay you to ad for them. ofc you will target my scam allegation as a fake one, because it tarnishes your job. Don't try to mislead their theft to the public eye. Instead, look up the similar cases on AG and on this forum and see who the company you are working for really is. Doesn't take 10 minutes.

They are saying I am betting on fixed matches, that I know the outcome - When I am betting on LCK, LPL, CS Tier1 LANS and dota2- Tier 1 - LAN matches. I literally provided three threads with a scam accusation, on which all of the three there beyond enough evidence the casino refused to pay.
Instead, paid members refrain from commenting the threads and deviate the accusations to "the user has not enough posts he shouldn't be credited". Read and comment about these topics, who is wrong there? You are acting defending the casino, so show everyone that what they did is correct.
The average user doesn't own a forum account to make posts. He is just a gambler, most likely -EV player if playing on sportsbook, which is trying to have fun.
Someone with knowledge about the casinos won't play on shady platforms, that's why most scam claims come from newbies.
I myself won't ever play here, because I know it's not enough the risk, there are good places with little to no complaints, which is definitely not the case here.
I've played in lots of trash websites, 1xbet, roletto, rollbit, chips, just to name a few. If you think I am trying to target X casino, too bad for you.
And, the most important, Betpanda doesn't even care about here anymore, as they don't even answer anything.

Don't bet on betpanda.io - lots of complaints from other users about not paid withdrawals.

It got resolved like 15mins after I posted here. But why does it take so much time and effort to withdraw? I mean, I got paid but in the end I can't vouch for them because I had to perma spam them in chat for them to be able to do what they are supposed to?
Really bad experience. I would not advise anyone to try Chips, atleast if you really mind quick and easy withdrawals - because if I hadn't pressed them I would likely have past 2-3weeks without my money.

If you are looking to deposit on chips, i'd suggest you to not do it.
They currently are delaying my withdraw for 7 days+ despite me being successfully verified. When I reach support they keep delaying over and over.
No point in playing here when there are multiple better choices that treat you well. Chips is definitely to be avoided.
I'll update if they manage to pay me. If they keep delaying, I'll also update.
