We had it as PDF on the site but then we found it on some scammers site - that's why we had to change that. PM me your email-address and I will gladly send it to you. Sadly you cannot publish anything publicly anymore without having a risk that it will be used to rip off people.
We didn't have any "free tokens" for the team and the founders - however a bout 8-10% (don't shoot me if I am a bit off here - this is from memory) of the total supply are held by the factory for employee and advisory board incentives. These bonuses will be connected to a vesting schedule. We really just want people to get tokens who really are working on the project - and this does not only apply to the factory. Almost 30% of the total supply held by the project board are reserved to activate the community and push projects.
About the structure: Back when we started the project there was a lot on insecurities about how the whole ICO-space would evolve in Switzerland and we chose the safest route for the project. The structure in Liechtenstein with a factory in Switzerland enabled us to have the best of both worlds. I feel confident that we have a good composition for our board and that we will not have any trouble on that front. Would I be able to go back in time I would have a look at Singapore or Switzerland as "home" for the projects. The situation is a lot clearer now that the FINMA came forward with some guidelines.

What is the plan ?

ICO , Premine or Mining ?

ICO done https://medium.com/@proxeusapp_4423/how-we-launched-our-ico-with-zero-marketing-budget-and-raised-usd-25-million-in-two-days-e8adfb702848
ERC20 with a fixed supply of 300 million XES - no mining.
About one third is kept in reserve for development of the token and community projects

What is in it for us?

We are gearing up. We will need the help and support of you guys for a couple of things. Testing, helping us to refine the program, create business-applications that can be used by others, even tell us when we are wrong and you have improvements. We basically build a framework and will be focusing on a couple of lighthouse-projects to showcase what you can build with the engine. From there we will need all the help we can get to accelerate adoption. And what is in for you? Well - we will be giving out bounties, organizing challenges, paying you for translations and your work if you want to help. We are a team of people who want to build something cool and see it grow and not a pump-and-dump project which is why we were quite modest and silent till now. But this is about to change. If you want to be one of us and be part of the ecosystem you are more than welcome.

PROXEUS

Using our token you will be able to:
  • use workflows, documents and IP that has been produced by members of the community
  • store the documents off-chain with storage providers that accept XES
  • have the stored documents notarized on the blockchain
  • build your own blockchain-based applications without having to code - without having to change your existing, paper-based workflows

May I ask: What is IP short for?

Sorry for that. It would be "Intellectual Property". You design something - people using it pay you. A bit like an app-store for your smartphone.

PROXEUS

Proxeus acts as a proxy between the traditional and the crypto worlds. It is an extremely easy to use product, empowering anyone to create blockchain applications that are affordable and compatible with current enterprise systems. We are to the blockchain what Wordpress is to HTTP.

Proxeus provides a series of building blocks allowing users to focus on the added-value of their product, instead of spending time on basic technological challenges that dozens of others have already solved before. Our system focuses on creating digital documents that can be read by humans (PDF) as well as machines (JSON) which can be notarized on a blockchain and stored as encrypted document collection off chain. Currently the project is focussed on Ethereum and Hyperledger as blockchains but we plan to connect to other blockchains as well.

The XES (ERC20) has been created during a TGE on Feb 1st and we have closed our main sale on Feb 3rd. A total of USD 25 million have been raised during the pre-and the main sale. We decided not to find our contributors through a large marketing campaign and used an established network of contributors in order to find our community.

We are currently working on our first big implementation to bring the Swiss company register to the blockchain (https://challenge.digitalswitzerland.com/portfolio/a-digitalized-commercial-registry/ ). At the same time we are working on various projects to establish our solution in the ecosystem. A big part of the tokens generated has been attributed to the reserve which will be used by Proxeus to incentivize the community to help us build solutions. The project itself will be published free of cost and Proxeus will not be taking any fees or commissions for using the software.

The Proxeus Establishment is domiciled in Liechtenstein and the team behind the project is working in Switzerland, Portugal and Singapore. We have been developing the technology for two years now and are quite advanced. We previously participated (as Gatechain.com before renaming the project to Proxeus.com) to the Kickstart Accelerator 2016 in Zürich, won the second place in the Swiss Fintech Award 2017 and were finalists for the IATA Innovation award 2017. The team behind Proxeus consists of people that have been working together for years and who have been active in the crypto-space for an extended time (don't ask us how much we lost to butterfly-labs, Asicminer or MtGox please  Wink )

You can find the whitepaper and additional information as well as our Telegram group on www.proxeus.com

Might be worth contacting this guy. http://www.nova.se/en/employees/magnus-daar-2/
The article says he's looking at taking on KNC. I'm going to drop him a line and see what he says.
I just joined the initiative of Magnus. The more we are the cheaper it gets I guess. Retainer is 1500 US

What is the other US company you have in mind?
I will tell you "in two weeks"  Wink

BFL?

So far I have been BFLed, Goxxed and it looks as if I am about to be labratted. Compared to the experience with kncminer - well.. sorry can't even start comparing.

MtGox isn't a US company. It's located in Japan, the CEO (Mark Karpeles) is French and it's owned by Tibanne Ltd. was founded by Karpeles.

Yeah - I am aware of that crook being European. I guess we are in a painful maturity phase. A lot of 1st gen players will eventually go down.
