Not 100% sure but it seems like over 20% based on the number of coins I receive every day.

I did a nice -n -20 I looked at block numbers and they are skyrocketing even though network shows hardly any data...

Hi, to sppedup the sync, download the "chainfiles" from https://github.com/hexxcointakeover/4.0.1.X/releases/download/16.02.2018/chainfiles.7z and unzip it into the folder where you have your Hexx wallet and restart hexx qt.
You will have your wallet updated to 10 days ago.

It's really depends on a lot of factors.
HDD type: Do you you SSD?
CPU type: What CPU type do you use. On Celeron it takes longer than on i7. Because you need to verify the whole blockchain.

I can give you my setup: i5-6600k ssd
Took around 12 hours to get in sync.

And now we have many nodes online, so it should be faster.

Thanks for your help but the problem is not a hardware issue. In fact it was too simple to resolve.
Just download the "chainfiles" from https://github.com/hexxcointakeover/4.0.1.X/releases/download/16.02.2018/chainfiles.7z and unzip it into the folder where you have your Hexx wallet and restart hexx qt.

Your hash rate is about right, you cannot get 45 kh/s on our algo with a single CPU.

For wallet sync problem, just try to restart the wallet.

Hi, my Hexxcoin core wallet (4.0.1.34-2688006-dirty (64-bit)) can't sync since more than 48 hours (No block source available...).
Can you help me to resolve this issue? thanks in advance.
The wallet is already connected to 7 peers.
