Thats a really strange issue, the factory reset should take care of it. Can you SSH into it using root/admin as credentials?

Is there another password for SSH login, because I cannot logged in with admin on my s9?

Hello, I saw the post is about Innosilicon A4+, buy I can't find such one for Innosilicon D9.

I have 2 Innosilicon D9 opened to Internet  (Yes, I know that this is a bad idea) since yesterday when 1 of the miner starts mining for someone else. The password was changed and I cannot login to the miner. Now I am trying to hard reset (reset the firmware) to its defaults. I am trying to to the tutorial from this post, but it is not working for D9. I can connect via PuTTy wit miner IP + port 22 and SSH, but the username and/or password is incorrect. Any suggestions?

I found it: blacksheepwall <- This is the password for root for D9 and Z9

Anyone know the SSH credentials for these machines?  I've searched both DragonMint and Innosilicon support with no luck.

Thanks

I emailed Innosilicon "post purchase support" concerning this and got the following:

Dear Customer,
Thanks for letting me know your concern. However, I'm sorry to let you know that we are unable to provide this. Hope for your understanding.

Try

root/innot1t2 or root/t1t2t3a5

These are for older miners but if Inno developers are as lazy as their support - it might work Smiley

Thanks for the info, but these didn't work. I also tried these combinations [root][admin]\[innod9][dragonadmin][t1t2t3a5d9].

Does anyone find the credentials. I have a hacked Innosilicon D9 and I can't change the user password, pools, etc.

for Z9 it is blacksheepwall, try this

That's it! Thank you very much!
