Voxelus is now in a stage of rebranding, current domains / services in place will be changing - For support for wallets, general help or assistance please use the current social channel or via our discord channel discord.gg/JJWTHsT.
A full press release will be coming in the following days. A full roadmap for Coin Development is in progress and will be public, VOX will be undergoing a ticker amendment and new name to follow with the rebranding, exchanges have been informed.
No action is currently needed from holders of the current form of VOX, the new ticker will be announced and changed within hours of the coming press release.

1. Did Moolah stole presale coins? I can't check this because it looks like there is no Syscoin 1 blockchain online.
2. Who is in control of Moolah's databases/ websites containing presale info?

As expected, Kennedy did not follow the court order and we have been waiting for police investigation/creditor status since.

With regards to your questions:
1. Moolah stole our bitcoin-end of the escrow service, they provided most of the Syscoin to people who purchased it, however, it was done via a link to download your private key. If you did not click on that link that was sent to you at the time of the presale, then they are lost. The Moolah CEO is in jail and the company is no longer in existence, your link will not work to download the private key.
2. Most likely the UK police(Avon and Somerset) if that information was not wiped prior to the raid. The authorities do not provide us with updates, we do not have any contacts that we can provide you and I'm not sure if it is too late to join the list of creditors that are after Moolah.io.

Full updates have been given, we just didn't include you. No bitcoins on hand or have been ceased. Funds gone, unfortunatly there will be a 0.001% chance of you getting any funds from a presale balance anymore however feel free to go via the thread posted but it's somewhat outdated.
Currently the case is set for September this year for the finalisation of the Syscoin via trail here in the UK this will cover the lost funds and compensation.

It's weird because they answered questions professionally and timely and did a lot to let this look professional. Not sure though what to think but why would he not respond anymore in the thread?
Jonn4y is the lead dev, we are responding just BCT aint a focal point try and follow the project via telegram much more of a responsive tool.
Well provide updates shortly on the overall project things are progressing but we had to basically redo the code for cypher and now its within unity for added flexibility for ports etc.

dev bailed and is sucking the dry tit at another shitcoin - voxels.
Mike put a lot of work into the coin, took a bit of abuse, got about $20 in donations so nobody can really say he did less than anybody else.
If somebody wants to fix the coin then it is a matter of finding a person who can upgrade the wallet and asking for donations. Once the wallet is upgraded then somebody can do something like make a faucet or whatever, rather than just complaining that somebody else isn't doing it.
I've messaged the dev a few times and he was vaguely going to try and get somebody to upgrade the wallet but if he lost interest then it can be done by anybody who wants to organize it.
The coin is pretty broken but it was a no premine coin made and released well and with good intentions, it could probably be fixed.

Not really on with another coin - i was never the dev actual for the coin. i was merely helping someone out that wanted to make a difference, there hasn't been any contact from him for more than a year even at multiple attempted to gain access to the original git. Check up on a domain registered to place some effort into this however ive been watching close and it does appear the chain is overtaken with mining. This domain https://www.whois.com/whois/mindcoin.co.uk was setup in order to provide a blockexplorer for the coin, an official source of news ETC i just havent had the time to put into the project, as mentioned via peter - no premine, profits or anything it literally was / is to raise attention.

Dont be confused with the additional digit on the price via the current market it's on, CYR isnt really on any major exchange as of yet - it will be over the next few days.

How will be the money, collected during the ICO be spent?
The ICO funds were only 3 BTC - this is literally on application development (almost finished anyway), servers, exchange listing, coin services (web wallet etc)
