Former U.S. lawmaker and presidential candidate Ron Paul doesn't think cryptocurrencies should be considered money, but he's "amazed" by their growth.

In an interview with financial news organization TheStreet last week, Paul put forth a range of views on the subject, stating that while he isn't an expert, he does support the technology insofar as it can help the legalization of alternate currencies in the U.S.

I did some calculations on how much you can earn with your REP tokens in return for reporting on market outcomes.

Let's say $10,000,000 is being traded on market predictions a day when the Augur network is live (the same as the current Ethereum daily volume). Let's say the avarage fee is 1%. That makes $100,000 in fees a day. If I have 100 REP I own 1/220,000 of the total available supply. I would make $100,000 / 220,000 = $0.45 a day. It would possible be higher if not all REP is being used for reporting.

So 1 REP would make $0.0045 a day. Not much. In that case the current value of 1 REP at about $9.80 is in my opinion way too high.

Am I right on my calculation?

I just signed up at maskbuzz.com. I have a few questions:

1. Is it true I first have to spent 0.01 BTC before I can do anything on the network? I have 0 MSK after signing up so I can't post a comment, new article or upvote. There is no sign-up bonus? I think most users want to try a network before they spend anything.

2. I can't update my profile. When I hit the 'Update' button nothing happens.

3. Is hiddenwallet.org the same as maskbuzz.com? The website seems the same.

4. When I try to upvote i got this message: 'Invalid network fee address'. In that case the error message should be something like 'No MSK available'.
