Well, if you consider the fact that Gold is here for thousands of years, with high liquidity market, and strong user base, you'll realize that's something really hard to achieve. But the good thing is that Bitcoin has already a good network effect, with an ecosystem that expands every day.

I'm sure that in some cases children could teach their parents about Bitcoin. Sometimes kids now more then we know or want to beleive they are involved in. I know some cases where kids were earning bitcoins even with some illegal activities and parents thought they use computer only for playing games and Facebook.

There are several online jobs and freelancing that pays in Bitcoin and so Bitcoin has indeed established itself as the beacon of online income and I have no doubt the numbers will go up in the near future and many more organizations will seek professionals online for major jobs to be done for them remotely and pay with Bitcoin.

Claimed a lot and got scammed. Damn it! It was .03 BTC I had claimed for 3 weeks then I used that to but something and... got scammed Sad
Got the same here, in the past, when HYIP was still common, I claimed everyday just to take enough money to invest in HYIP and finally, I got scammed

Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear?
by
myelbow4
on 14/06/2017, 08:09:17 UTC
I think, no, unless the idea "Coin of things" come true because people still need cash to pay for real shop, they can't just buy things online everyday, over and over again
Right! money can not disappear itself, when people use coins to pay for their daily life instead of real cash, it's really the death day of money Smiley

Re: What do you like best about bitcoin?
by
myelbow4
on 10/06/2017, 15:30:46 UTC
Being anonymous, no one, no body knows me on the chain, I can easily send money to other people but no one will know exactly where I got that money :">
That's the best thing about Bitcoin that I love but it is also a risk thing that there are a lot of country want Bitcoin not to be accepted in their country
That's right, Bitcoin enable criminals to receive money anonymously so that they like using Bitcoin as a way of payment, no one can track those transactions

Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ?
by
myelbow4
on 10/06/2017, 15:29:42 UTC
I think it is just like any other way of investment, it is just one thing different is that if you send your invested money to the wrong address, you won't take it back
I do not think so, Bitcoin investment is much more risky than other investment because you see no one presentative for that kind of that investments so that it can not protect you from being scam
No one can protect you from being scam, when you meet people outside, it just make you chance of being scam smaller, if they want to scam you, they just need to run away
You are completely right, momagic, even our families can scam us if they want and what can we do if that happens? Nothing Smiley

Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose?
by
myelbow4
on 09/06/2017, 09:01:29 UTC
My Bitcoin is mostly for future purpose and/or daily spending, or extra shopping that I might need... It basically complements my fiat.
The same here, I use Bitcoin to pay for small bills, because I do not want to go a far way just to pay a little money for anyone Smiley

Re: What type of wallet do you use?
by
myelbow4
on 31/05/2017, 14:33:04 UTC
I use Blockchain as it is the  wallet that enable me to get private key. So basically, I OWN my money in MY WALLET
I think so. It make me feel free on my thought "I own my Bitcoin, not the wallet creators"
You're right. Like Coinbase, We don't own our Bitcoin. Coinbase keeps our Bitcoin, what we see in our balance is kust on our COINBASE BALANCE, so, if we need our private key? No way Smiley
