Mmm pool side show 10kh/s less then what miner shows  and when it does show near what miner shows it slowly drops. On BTM

Version 4.3.5? If so try linux with direct I/O instead of Windows. A raspberry Pi is all you need for that.

the webinterface says http://puu.sh/8FTWo.png but on the mining site im seeing 1mh/s and only 1 share <.>
