If you have a withdrawal request marked as requested do not open a ticket it will just be closed.

What about deposits that haven't shown up?

They were good in the past, but their recent behaviour is not - see here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=63877.240

I am another person waiting on a deposit that has vanished somewhere between my account and theirs. No response to my support ticket.

I don't know how this will pan out, but for the moment I would say avoid sending them any money.

I've been watching the Intersango Exchange saga develop here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=63877.240, and would like to be whitelisted so I can contribute to the discussion and add to the number of people whose deposit has gone missing.
