I don't agree that this a scam.
Setting up in London as a scam. London? The financial capital of the world? Lets choose that as our scam location? The UK has more extradition arrangements that another nation.
The lack of a dev being called out was inevitable. Where else is the dev team listed in the real world?
Apple, Amazon, MS, Intel, Google ect... Do they launch a product and say "Don't worry, Joe Bloggs developed this so you can trust our update" Granted they do have a track record. That said new players to the tech world rarely release their developers names. He/She is just their to code, much like a frontline manager is just their to manage.
Crypto is inevitably going to go mainstream. As it does, these quirks of having technically minded individuals deciding the fate of a company will go by the wayside. That's not to say that someone can't be business and Tech.
I have read a lot of white papers, ANNs ect... It's like panning for gold, you can find one good one or never find any at all.
I wont be investing in Tokia as they are late to market. But the scam call out seemed a little unfair. I see they are also advertising on large forums and webspaces.
That guy getting kicked from the discord was a bad moved, I agree with that. Perhaps Anna Lunhu's people skills are only as deep as a calculator. Perhaps she is oblivious to what the online world is like.
Will Tokia release their DEV team names, do the DEV team want to be known?. Will that reduce the FUD?
If I was Tokia I'd release the DEV team members names.
