Seems the concept of this exchange platform quite impressive. The roadmap and the team member also quite good hopefully which help the project makes success. Doesn't see the soft-Cap and hard-cap of ICO. Can you tell me about that??
If I rightly understand, they don´t have the soft cap, but hard cap is 150.000.000 Tela.

Is it true that US citizens cannot participate? Seems I read about it somewhere here
US citizens are not allowed to participate.
You can make your own due diligence regarding this matter, legislation framework changes very quickly.
TELA tokens are not offered and are not distributed, and can also not be re-sold or otherwise transferred by their owners to citizens, individuals, or business that have their habitual residence, location, or place of registration in a country or in a territory where transactions with digital tokens are forbidden or in any way restricted by the laws or regulations in force.

Why should I hold your tokens? Why is it worth of holding?
A good question, but if you are already holding many tokens then you should know the answer regarding this - you will hold because you are hoping of high profit in return. Most of the time, holders really get huge profit from holding the tokens, but we should be very careful in investing.
Ok, but do you know how much profit could I earn on this platform?

How are u going to provide the liqudity for the token? U know it is quite urgent problem for all new ICOs
Current plans include the obtainment of similar licenses in North America and Asia.
This will allow for our user based to increase many times over, increase liquidity, and thus, create even more beneficial terms for traders.
What about bancor implementation? U know the major usecase for bancor is exactly providing the liquidity
How are u going to be profitable? I mean u are not the charity project right so how are u going to generate the profit for founders?
I can suppose that fees is the revenue here. But if so then project could be profitable only when project faces mass adoption
