Anyone using CryptoHopper? I haven't seen it mentioned.  I'm using the free trial currently and seems pretty nice.  May give CryptoPHP a shot though.

Which miner would we use for VTC?  One of the 2 CCMiners I assume, but which one?

Issue with Antpool
by

Just setup an account on Antpool tonight for the first time and linked my miner to it.  Right away all is good and the miner is mining away and Antpool shows my stats and my earnings are moving.  Then a few hours later the worker in Antpool shows as offline while all looks to be 100% on the miner itself and nothing at all has changed. The first time this happened I created a whole new worker and reconfigured the miner and all was good again.  Then a few hours later the same thing.   Anyone ever experience this or have any ideas?

Thanks

Re: Lower sol/s after new/more powerful PSU

So I had a brand new EVGA Gold 1000w power supply and with it I was getting a total of 1850-1900sol/s in EWBF across my cards. I just swapped it for a higher end EVGA Platinum 1200w power supply and now I’m getting 1500-1600sol/s. NOTHING else changed. Any freakin’ clue what’s going on here?

Well something changed, but you did not provide enough information to let us help you out.

I suspect you are using Nvidia, since you are using EWBF, and they are extremely sensitive to power changes and will throttle down if needed. However simply swapping out the PSU isn't likely the cause as much as maybe you have a loose connection somewhere starving a card(s) of all the power it needs. Another possibility is somehow your settings reset to defaults. A through description of your system and a list of what you have tried so far would help us to help you.

Thanks for the reply.  I actually figured it out and tried to delete the thread but it wouldn't let me.

Basically nothing changed on my end but for some reason SMOS is seeing the cards out of order now so my OC settings were going to the wrong cards.

What are you all using for your OC Wattage settings?  I'm not sure how far I can push it up on 1050's and 1070's and I notice that seems to affect the sol/s the most.

I've tried to search but the search feature isn't so great here.  I see people mention trying to get NiceHash working in SimpleMining but they haven't seemed to be successful.  Has anyone been able to get it going?

Only really care because I was close to a payout before switching to SM and would like to bang it out.

- you can test it for free and then you need to pay only 2$ per rig per month

You say we can test for free but then $2 a month.  Before paying the $2 is it actually mining or just going through the motions?
