The minimum entry threshold has nothing to do with the situation on the cryptocurrency market. It was established and announced long before the start of the IEO.
At the moment, the minimum amount you can buy is 1500 MyTV tokens at a price of $0.067 per token. Now there is the #3 phase of IEO in which you receive a 30% bonus, so in fact you get more tokens and real price is lower at this stage of token sale.
Anyway 1500 tokens * $0.067 it is $100.5 - and this is minimum entry threshold. But as I wrote, it has nothing to do with the market, because it has long been planned
