I did not really understand the sec decision until i read the whole thing, not the news articles because they did not read the whole thing.  In the sec decision there is a penalty for selling unregistered securities. Then they have to offer a refund claim page. If you live in the usa and bought at ico then you can get back money.  even if you sold you can still get back ico money invested if you want.   If paragon does not meet the timelines and conditions they agreed to then sec fines them more.   This is a compliant enforcement not a cease and desist one.  Once compliance is achieved then they are a legit company according to the sec.   Imo   this is a good thing for paragon and holders of the coin.  I am one who has bought a ton after sec decision, please read it in full before investing.  Good Luck to all.   If you invested and are not a usa resident your money most likely is lost, unfortunately.

They delisted prg and so did livecoin.  I asked why they said for investor protection.  I said you had token here for 1 year and a half, you dont announce you are delisting. How r u protecting us?  I got lifetime ban.  Not many exchanges trading prg until they pay the fine.

Coin market cap requires volume of 50, 000 us to be listed so many awesome coins go under the radar. using cmp as some kind of price bible or it dont exist if not on there, please they dont care much about price accuracy. I see coins go up 1000 %  and only 1 of 3 exchanges trades it that high, they dont average the price only use the highest one.
Go to smaller exchanges and you can find some low volume gems. Good luck!

if you dont like the trading volumes start to trade it, why complain? Listen I here the same stuff from every ico impatient investor we have to get on an exchange and get volume. Bullshit.   I have seen hundreds of no purpose pump and dump coins over my 8 years in crypto.  So this is my opinion of greenmed token performance to date compared to the 15 other tokens i bought at ico stage.
I will agree that getting listed on exchanges helps get volume, sometimes this is temporary not sustainable.  Greenmed team have to implement the app into stores, promote them to users and relate the ease of use and seemless integration of crytpo to purchase in store merchandise.  Do you know there will be wed delivery srevices for medicinal in california.  Using this token instead of cash is a no brainer

on coinexchange i see $ 1. us  in value and more sometimes. low volume usually means bad price for token, but for us it is good, I am up 7 ties my investment !   Arent you too?
When we get the community using this token for a real purpose then they will purchase on the app with fiat, i assume, then greenmed will explode i value.
When a token has a use then there is demand, then the exchanges line up to list you.
Dont forget there are very few of these tokens  14,900,000.
That may be the biggest catalyst to drive the price then anything else!
 They are doing a great job, but dont forget they have competition so they cant announce every new signing of a dispensary, it could tip off competition.

trading any ponzi coin will get you screwed.  Government has right to shut down all your finance accounts reclaim money and redistribute it to those who lost.  touching this and having any record of it is giving authorities the right to look at all your transactions with a fine tooth comb, because well you are a scam investor.  I have many buddies i told to stay away but all money lost from bitconnect and that' only the beginning.  Wait until your crypto accounts are frozen.  And all other bank accounts until they figure out how much you made and redistribute it.  Anyone investing in these will get what they deserve.   LMFAO

lendconnect sounds just like bitconnect and they offer the same bull, 1 to 5% a day what junk dont  buy this please. bitconnect is being sued , cease and desist and so will this project.  It looks like an exact copy.   Just buy some real crypto not this junk or anything else offering interest like this. buy ether and lend it on real erc20 lending platforms  like salt, ethlend. loans are backed by real tokens if person defaults, you get tokens.  huge growth in first month alone. for both projects.

I felt the same way for a while about investing btc in something and not getting as much as btc. but i chose to leave btc,  i made the choice i have to live with it and so should you.  maybe its a lesson in only buying the top coins and ride the slow wave or you invest in a start up that is risky.
and besides i put 400 in mgo now its 530 after six months that is 32.5% I think most of us got in at the same amount. unless im wrong.  i have no complaints.   this is a foreign market coin. it will be big in china india and japan other countries with programmers who want to make their own games and monetize them. Implementing that idea will takes a few years not months.  you can always sell.

Anyone sending $ to an ico anymore is an idiot, me included.  20 pages of white paper just to say we have a plan with your money like going to conferences around the world so all us icoholes can talk to each other and give pats on the back,, total crap.  I gave money to a real estate ico and first thing they do is get an office.   They have no income stream but hell y not start spending it and accumulating monthly expenses an obligations. Like getting a headquarters. 
You know what would be the best idea.  Take the money put it in a a wallet and a few years later give it back.  thats it   that is all you have to do.   people would line up around the block to invest next time.  But these dumbtards keep tripping over their own junk and cant grow an idea for the life of them. 

I am part of lawsuit and i saved screenshots of about everything.  Having about 2 btc stolen, 15k todays money.  I am still unsure of my settlement status, though they asked me for tax forms so i think that is a positive thing.
a few months back i had a talk with the crypsty lawyer. and this should make us all cry.
The wallet the had access to is public knowledge you can find the balances of all coins recovered in court document. coins had 300,000 us value in jan 2017  now its worth millions i calculated 7 million at one point and i am sure it is higher.
when i talked to lawyer he said they sold our crypto to people whocalled and pesterd them to sell the coins to them.  so we get 300,000 crap ass dollars for assets worth millions. That is where our money got truly lost for a second time.
These lawyers gave our money away. 
Since when does a court ordered sale of an asset class the lawyers are not familiar with for almost nothing?
case and point is how they liquidated the house nettles owned, it had to be appraised by several real estate compaines to get top dollar.  house did not sell for 300k when worht 7 million right , ??Yet the court allowed these putz to sell a sset class they no nothing about? where was the dutch aution?? where was the auction advertised??   we got screwed twice. by these lawyers


we should all class action sue these greedy jerks.

Signing a waiver or disclaimer is just legal fluff and worthless.  This is a finra regulated company in the usa. if they do wrong, screw you out of $ etc no waiver will indemnify them of all wrong doings. It does not give them the right to do what they claim.  It is only a deterrent companies use to head off lawsuits.  in other words convince you not even to file because " it wont go anywhere"   Bull hockey. Only way to hold exchanges accountable is sue them when they screw you. otherwise everyone will eventually be screwed.

I bought mgo at ico stage . this whole thing is looking like a complete joke on the token holders. These guys pumped up the concept of taking over/ competing with google play store and apple.  But for now mgo is worthless ( has no use ) . Having no purpose yet and releasing all the tokens at once, stupid move. Now they are only pumping game credits every chance they get.  I guess we all should have bought game instead of this crappy token.  I own 20 plus tokens and this by far is the worst performer. Raise 53 million to promote another coin is criminal and bait and switch investor tactics.  You say you have all these programmers  working on what ? making the game credits platform better and mgo is left behind for future development . We should all sue you for lying and embezzling funds into another project you want to succeed.  You want Mgo to do well years from now instead of working on it you are screwing us over.  This project sucks Even Mgo twitter is filled with game credit pump bull.   So what you got to say about this Jack?  This token rising to almost $3 then crashing to current level of . .5 is just a direct reflection of your misguided management of this entire project.  I am unaware of any erc token being released and doing so poorly to date.  I would not be surprised if you are paying programmers with raised mgo funds to dev game. Hello Taas management,  It would be an awesome feature to allow taas holders to have a reinvest the dividend option.  Maybe make it part of the contract , those who chose to reinvest get the money pooled, shares are purchased and distributed accordingly.  Or is this not possible?  It was a paint to reinvest my last dividend and lost money in transfer fees and commissions. I dont want to lose 1% or so everytime i want to reinvest.   Thanks   Peace.
