So we just give up this shit and let him get away with our money?
Can't anyone do anything?

I'm sitting here in germany, hoping and waiting for some kind of solution...

Did anyone here something from Larry? Did he show up in other forums again? Did someone see him on Hawaii taking some nap on the beach?

almost a month since we heard anything.  I'm sure anyone one here would be willing to do the math for you soniq for free.  You don't need to hire anyone.
But we all know that is just a lie anyway.  Why would you need someone to calculate this group buy its fairly easy and anyone could figure out what is owed by looking at the thread on op and mining address along with price sold per miner.  It would take the slowest person here less than a hour to calculate this.

Pay up already.

And another 16 days went by...

[26.05.2014 23:05:46] Larry/soniq: Cointerra has created massive complications on the finaliztion of this escrow agreement, Miner #3 is finally being delivered to escrowed buyer and should arrive there today.  Of course the buyer wants a refund on the late delivery and that will be the last issue that needs  to be resolved before I issue payment

[13.05.2014 21:48:48] Larry/soniq: escrow needs to be negotiated as buyer is contesting some items
[13.05.2014 21:50:15] Larry/soniq: 16 BTC will be sent to Cointerra wallet today, the reemaining 23.4 BTC is being held in escrow till May 16th
[13.05.2014 21:51:50] Larry/soniq: once I receive the escrow payemnt  Ican calculate all totals and send payment
[13.05.2014 21:52:36] Larry/soniq: Terraminer #3 is returned to Cointerra now, but no response and when they wil lship to buyer
[13.05.2014 21:53:31] soonic: what are already mined btcs used for ? can we have them now ?
[13.05.2014 21:55:17] Larry/soniq: do not have all income yet till escrow is decided

[00:15:55] tfuller2112: So did the miners ship? Is the btc in escrow? What's going on?
[06:22:11] Larry/soniq: almost scared to announce anything , because of previous deals falling through. But have sold three terraminers for 7.8 BTC and two for 8 BTC.  23.4 BTC is in escrow and the other 16 is my wallet as the buyer was part of my other GB
[06:23:01] Larry/soniq: have shipped the miners via Fedex on saturday and should be delivered this week, the warrantied Terraminer has been rerouted and it is on its way to the buyer  as well

I should have known not to trust someone with a name that sounds like a nineties video game hero who steals all coins he can grab.

so he takes our money, claims the units are his...trys to sell them after he recouped his money and is now just leaving them offline cause nobody bought them...ya i think i'll seek legal action now too

If I had any opportunities here in Germany, I would also seek information about my options. Please let me know if you start someting. Maybe it's possible to act as some kind of foreign plaintiff.

Okay, even I'm annoyed now. I have supported you all the time soniq but you won't make it easy for the people to trust you any more.

- Two of five miners are sold
What happens to the others? Will they go back online soon?

- No news about TM #3
What is the status here? Is it at CT? Did they say almost ANYTHING to you what will happen next? What will you do when you get #3 back? Will it return to colo for mining?

What about the overpaid BTC? Will you at least pay back THIS money???

Please soniq talk to us! Tell us what you're going to do! Tell us what you do at this moment! People invested lots of money and trusted you und it really seems like LittleD will have the right to say "I told you all!!".
Don't make this happen!

[03.04.2014 17:42:54] Larry/soniq: having all sorts of issues with miners, colocation owner is very unhappy. Recently had a PDU fry even though we were under the 25A rating, more than usual physical visits, constant remote power cycling
[03.04.2014 17:44:30 | Bearbeitet 17:45:08] Larry/soniq: he has mnetioned refunding my money and taking miners somewhere else, I am trying to negotiate a truth, but partially agree with him, the miners are not built very well it seems, and might not be a bad idea to sell  them and move on?
[03.04.2014 17:45:55] Ricardo Filipe: yeah they seem to give more work than they are worth ;\
[03:52:07] Tim Fuller: I don't see us getting what we paid for the miner if we do that...then again will we get what we paid for if we continue mining? Who knows.

Share holders please give a goooooooood or BAD trusted feed back for soniq Huh

Heres the link:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=64968

I will NOT give any feedback until this job is completely done!
Yes the start of this GB was not really satisfying. Most of the problems were made by Cointerra. Soniq is a little sparing with information, thats true. But so far I see no true evidence that he is a scammer.

Ok, I agree.
I will refrain from giving feedback untill the actual result of this groupbuy becomes clear.

Please keep posting skype updates from soniq about imprortant topics, since I'm not on Skype.
Much appreciated!
Thanks, narayan24!

Ok, I'll try to keep you guys here in the thread up to date. But please be patient if I don't post every skype message immediately. I'm not online every day, because I'm a lot on business trips. Also I'm from germany and most time when soniq is online I lie in bed, dreaming of lots of BTC in my wallet. Wink
