ICX is sleeping jaint and I already checked it out some time like it very much and I also see great potential. Already bought some and thinking of buying more.

Who cares about circulating supply? If you buy ICX, you should have read the whitepaper. You know that the total supply is 800M and xx% can be issued based on network usage. This knowledge should be priced in and therefor not effect the price. Yes, scarcity determines price and less circulating supply can drive price up faster, but this is short term thinking. Think long term based on total supply.
