Although this is just an assertion but I quite agree with it because we are in a market that does not have strict management and strict inspection of licenses and certifications to operate in the crypto business. Therefore, any form or team can build and form capital mobilization. That means, it carries a certain amount of risk if we do not look carefully, we can lose our money because most of these scam devs are out there to cart away with investors funds.

Израильская интернет-компания Spot.IM будет платить зарплату в биткоинах

 Израильская интернет-компания Spot.IM планирует выплачивать зарплату сотрудникам в биткоинах. Сейчас она ведет переговоры с налоговым органом Израиля (ISA) о получении разрешения на предлагаемый способ оплаты наряду с надлежащим методом расчета обменных курсов.

По словам представителя Spot.IM Итай Брачи (Itay Bracha), в Израиле заработная плата или пособие, выплачиваемые сотруднику, подлежат налогообложению. Компания предлагает сотрудникам открыть учетную запись на криптовалютной бирже, куда будет переводить конвертированную в биткоины зарплату.

Для обеспечения страховки от волатильности биткоина, самая высокая цена монеты и самая низкая в указанный день будет рассчитываться и использоваться в качестве обменного курса. Персонал также будет иметь возможность выбирать между получением зарплаты или ее части в биткоинах или фиатных деньгах.

Сотрудники Spot.IM одобрили это предложение, так как высокая плата за конверсию будет покрыта компанией. Помимо чистой прибыли, пенсионные фонды или другие льготы не будут переданы с использованием биткоина.

В феврале 2018 года налоговая служба Израиля объявила, что криптовалютные операции представляют собой активы, на которые распространяется налог на прирост капитала. Таким образом, работникам необходимо будет заплатить налог в размере 25%, если они получат прибыль от операций с биткоинами.

The global economy is nearly 80 trillion USD per year.  Payments using any type of cryptocurrency as a medium of payment is a tiny fraction of this total.

What are some of the reasons preventing cryptocurrency from being more successful as a medium of payment?

I know that most of us are working on most signature campaigns. We are dealing with this for weeks or even months. but since the project was not able to make a soft cap, nothing can pass. investments of investors are being returned but what are our efforts? I think projects that cannot do some soft cap are paying a minimum of Eth for those who participate in bounty programs.

I invested $85 into ethereum yesterday and after couple hours I lost $10 ,,,does it mean it's not the best time to invest yet and secondly I'll like to ask if that amount is good enough to invest in such a stable coin

For some reason I am sure that the price of the crypto will rise, so I hold it, I did not see any analyst who did not have the same opinion as I do, but thing that motivates me the most — is when I start comparing the whole current situation with the Dot-com bubble, the fact is that this bubble busted reaching 6 trillion dollars, the crypto reached only 830 billion yet, in its peak. During Dot-com bubble only middle and rich class had opportunity to invest but not all, in the crypto everybody can invest, regardless of country and day time and it also can be done anonymously from jour home computer, so I think that this is all just the beginning and the real bubble is yet to come, it is not known when it will come — in five or 10 years, but I hope that it will.

- People still panic and loose their profits.

- Some panic is loose their holding.
- Some panic and miss the opportunities in crypto.
If fear does not do any good, why do we then still fear?

Hey guys, I think crypto is not for guys who want to earn money fast, or become rich in a few month. If you invest in crypto you have to wait and work hard to take part in bounties in time!
