We do not give rewards to customers but merchants who will reward their customers.
Of course the value of gifts to customers is different for each merchant. This depends on each merchant's promo.

Customers will exchange tokens in our online wallet(apps) with something of value such as money, services, vouchers and discounts.
Customers can use the voucher to shop at the merchant again.

1. We not planning to release the MVP, but we must release the web and app and make sure the system is working, because we use escrow service and our money still hold by them untill we finish our milestones.

2. The exact role of the token in the  platform is a reward token. NATA points use for reward each customer in our business system.


To take on the risks beyond expectations we use escrow service.
If we did not reach the soft cap, the escrow services will buy your token again.
But our business did not stop, we still continue the project and use the NATA token for reward token. Investors can choose to still hold the token or sell it with ICO price.

If we have not completed our milestone, our money will be held by the escrow service until we complete our product. If we do not complete our product, our money held by escrow services will be distributed to investors.
