True, looks like they're doing an ITO, I really didn't know. But that's not the point, you're claiming that Nimiq is doing another ICO and that's just plain wrong and you know it. Nimiq is super transparent but judging from the way you behave here I don't doubt that you have been banned in the past.
You're acting like a child who's Minecraft got hacked. Act like an adult, be respectful and you will get respect back. That's pretty basic human etiquette in case nobody else taught you.
I challenge you, go to TG (you obviously know how to create new accounts) ask a question in a normal non-aggressive non-suggestive way and see what happens.
On Solidified, I personally helped them a bit with marketing (like posting their Bitcointalk announcement) it's not my ICO and there was never any connection to Nimiq. So not sure what you're trying to uncover here. The ICO was simply not successful, the company Solidified is still active and doing smart contract audits, nobody got scammed, nothing to hide here.
So again, no proof and just claims on a new Nimiq ICO, right?

WEG Bank is changing to Agora Bank, so it is clear that WEG Bank most important thing is the partnership with Agora Trade to do an ICO. I personally do not trust any ratings, all projects claim that their professionals are better than others, but even sites like IcoBench are mired in corruption and put in the top rating of those who gave more money
Yeah, the whole market is riddled with people stuffing their pockets being straight frauds. But while there currently might be no trustworthy rating in place, there is a huge need for one. Everyone on this site probably has his or her own way of evaluating a crypto project/ICO but think mass adoption!
There is always this mantra of "Do your own research!" but what about the people that actually can't? No average Joe is able to read and understand a whitepaper, to evaluate token design etc. or to even hang out here (honestly better that way). Of course, you can argue that they then shouldn't be investing in crypto, but we need them onboard and we need their money in quality projects for the whole of Blockchain to grow. This is what Alethena is about, empowering the average person to participate and help grow crypto.
