Re: When will I get my Bitcoin gold ?

Is not the information in the website? If not, I guess the support can tell you.

No, they do not have any support system.
hum... quite strange when there is a centralized company behind it. I guess you can find one or more contacts if you google it.
Actually blockchain.info didn't support bitcoin gold till now so you can't directly withdraw bitcoin gold from their wallet if you have bitcoin at the time of bitcoin gold fork.

OP you have to wait for them to support it or atleast allow users to claim it. There is alternative method which I have used to claim bitcoin cash before but that will not work with bitcoin gold as there is no forked version of electrum for bitcoin gold till now.

Wow, thanks for help but I would like to know how to contact blockchain.info and raise the request for the same. Google doesn't help much in this matter.

Yes, both are different and hence there is charge in transferring the bitcoin.

Then why it shows deduction of 0.15 Bitcoin from my wallet ? However, there is no reduction of balance so far.

Wow, this was really helpful. Thanks a lot for solving my doubts..!!

Your link is not working.
0.15 BTC fee on a transaction of 0.015. (You said 10x fee) is a bit much.
It depends on the amount of inputs. Maybe you can use a wallet where you can set your own fees.

I use blockchain.info's web wallet and go for regular transfer always as this gives me the idea about the transaction cost.

Here is the link again..

Ehm, this is the adress, https://blockchain.info/address/161umXkGucVSuzzsXki8JaixkL16LBjgtA and there is not one transacion broadcasted on 2017-10-30, so i'm wondering where you are getting this tx id from?

There is also not one output going to an adress with

\ Lw\

Or

\ b4\

Did you make this transaction up or? Mind linking me the real transaction id?

Here is the transaction link : d4b058ea43e9da357ed2bdb59a67b2e356d34f3fcd4e1d98db94f030c1e292b5

Hi,
I transferred 0.015 Bitcoin to another wallet. However the transaction fees is enormous. Is this type of transaction possible where fees is almost 10 times the main transaction ? I am attaching the screenshot of this. Please help me as I am comparatively new person to this.

Here is the screenshot.

imgur.com/RNlP7 Is not working, it seems like you took it down, and yes this is possible.

did you by any chance collected alot of smaller amounts of bitcoin? When you're collecting so called "dust", you'll need to pay alot more fees since there will be a shite ton of small outputs.

Please link the adress / id of your transaction if you want us to look into it.

No, I paid from my blockchain wallet to another address. The main bitcoins deducted is 0.015 or about 111$ only but the fees are 1110$.

Thanks

That's why you have to research first before doing something usually if it matters of sending money to someone online. Because there is bigger risk with this kind of scheme, like doubling bitcoin, for several hours/days.
Annd thank you for sharing this thing here, so more people will be aware Of this site

That's the exact reason for this post. 100$ is not big amount for me but this post may save hundreds of $ from the potential victims of this scammers.

I'm sorry for your loss, but these scammers prey on peoples greed. Take it as a lesson that "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is". Do not assume that because google accepts an advertisement, that the advertiser is legitimate (but it might be worth reporting it if you can find the advert again). If these people were able to double their money every 7 hours, why would they give this service away to random strangers? You are lucky to make 5-10% per year with mainstream investments, stick with that.

That's what I have already done. I have also sent a mail to Google describing the detailS. I don't expect Google to take any action but by chance if it takes some action, this is where it may hurt them most. They will not be able to advertise at the top under the biggest search engine and it will make very difficult for them to lure the other victims.

Hi, I am a novice in the field of Bitcoin and I fell for the scheme due to my grid. I have learnt my lesson and I want to share my experience with others so that they also not become victim like me.

I was directed to the website through Google ads. The temptation of doubling the money in 7 hours sound too tempting and I fell for it. I deposited slightly more than the minimum amount of 0.023 BTC. However, they did acknowledge my receipt but they claimed they want more bitcoin for registration purpose. I am posting the snapshot of our e-mail communication which will give you the clear idea of what happened. Have a look.
