Re: Scam by Kapitoshka - selling fake software as genuine

How exactly is he misrepresenting what he is selling? I believe this person was fully disclosing that he was selling the keys against the TOS of MSFT and that there is the risk that the keys may not work in the future.

IMO calling everyone that sells MSFT MSDN keys a scammer is only going to make is easier for scammers to scam because they all have negative trust, so it will be more difficult to differentiate from the ones who are currently acting honestly from the ones who are outright scamming their buyers (eg receiving BTC and in return give nothing, ever). This has resulted in many people scamming while pretending to sell MSDN keys, even after they have negative trust.

The issue isn't with the MSDN keys. That's not the reason i have created this thread. In any case, he has never disclosed anything about the sharing nature of these keys in any of his prior sales thread, or any mention that the keys will stop working. No disclosure which you have mentioned.

Some of his other keys are downloaded from public sources (server keys, antivirus etc). They are either hacked or pirated keys. He then passes off these keys as geninue retail to sell at high prices. Buyers purchase them without knowing the truth that these hacked keys eventually get patched. This isn't an outright scam but he's obviously trying to deceive buyers.

Several members including myself have asked him some valid questions about his vps, not only does he not answer them, he reply with tons of vulgarities. Again i don't see why he's not answering simple questions about those servers. Only reason is he can't because he knows nothing about them.

You rely on something that dare judge me scam (Provide proof me scam as money scam, history scam, photographs scam. This is you trying to convince people to buy somewhere else)

Take a look at the history of your article here

P.S: You can understand what the debate between me and needapss ??

Some final words for you and I do not need to spend time with you
- The best way to check I was selling well or not: Ask those who have bought from my key
- I always give you two choices when trade with me: Escrow or you go first
- If you do not have a choice. Please looking other seller for replacement from me
- When I have I would say that I have it, when I'm not there I would say no. Not necessarily, I have to scam here[/size]

There is already enough proof that you are selling shared/pirated keys as genuine. You simply won't and can't answer my questions a few post above because you know these keys are not legitimate or genuine, and some of them are even downloaded from torrents. If this isn't scamming i don't know what is.

There is no debate whatsoever. Its been proven beyond doubt that you are passing off hacked/stolen/counterfeit keys as genuine retail.
You also do not have permission to resell the vps that you are advertising.

You are also:

Spamming members trust pages with junk feedbacks.
Posting tons of profanities in various threads
Spamming members pm boxes with profanities
Making baseless claims against bitcointalk staff

True low life scammer.

It is clear non of the threads above have anything to do with you. You are just randomly linking threads that you have no business with.

Stop posting tons of profanities:

What is evident is the fact you are passing off hacked or counterfeit keys as genuine retail and scamming buyers.

There is enough proof now that this thread is necessary to alert anybody looking to deal with you.

Kapitoshka, read the topic and first post, i have clearly stated the basis of this thread.

You are passing off shared and pirated keys as genuine retail keys. Taking novice buyers for a ride.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1017328.msg12818331#msg12818331

Can you explain the above?

I have also checked with the publisher about the software listed in the following thread. These are also not retail keys.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1232884.msg12837339#msg12837339

Can you also explain the above?

Why is it that when presented with the most basic of questions about the VPS that you are selling, you are unable to answer any of them and instead chose to spam the thread with profanities and then close it?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1089813.20

Can you explain why you seemingly know nothing about the VPS? You have also avoided all questions about the legitimacy of these VPS.

Becareful buying his keys.

Verify that the key is genuine before sending any money to him. Email the publisher/company to check.

Proof:

He closed above thread after getting exposed and started a new one. He locked the thread too so others can't post in there to warn.

Where is your proof ? He seem to have a lot of vouches and you are just trying to convince people to buy somewhere else from what I see. He also seem to refund in case he don't deliver as should be .

Read the thread.
He sold some guys shared/pirated keys and had to do a refund. He is passing off those keys as retail which is certainly not the case.

His other keys are also shared/pirated.
You can verify with Adobe or other publishers.

I don't need to convince people to buy elsewhere. All the links are found through simple google search.

This guy is selling hacked and keys obtained via illegal methods. Some keys will stop working.

Most of his keys can be found much cheaper at other websites, just do a search. These keys are available at least by 50% cheaper elsewhere.

http://www.mpgh.net/forum/
http://www.g2a.com
http://www.dhgate.com

Do a search on the above websites and you can find the windows and antivirus keys that he is selling at much lower prices.

OP has given me a bunch of keys that are available on torrents. None of them work. They are justed cracked keys and not legit ones. Freely available on torrents and already patched long back.

None of these keys work. You clearly don't have any legit keys. Please refund asap.

Please refund asap.

Please check the message

So why are you passing off shared and pirated keys as retail?
You are clearly trying to scam some naive buyers.

I have already warned all these keys are hacked, shared or pirated. Non are retail keys. If he told you these are retail keys, you have been scammed.

He's merely selling them at a 1000% markup. Non of these are legit keys.

If you really wanna buy them, search around at these links:

These keys are available at much lower prices at other marketplaces.

Have you bought from DHgate? The software there is physical and not digital. Are you sure the box includes s legit key? I doubt it.

Isn't it obvious the link i have given is a digital key?
No one ships the physical stuff Lol.

I hope you haven't bought too many keys off here...... none of these are retail keys Lol. Same thing sells for 50 cent elsewhere.

Not my money anyway, its yours. End of story. Hope you are not offended.

G2A is more expensive than the OP

DHGate probably sells physical copies of pirated software. Not discounted VL keys. And your third link sucks as well.

I'd rather buy from OP.

Go ahead if you want to get ripoff.

The keys from Dhgate are the same as what he is selling. Full stop.

These exact same keys are available on several other wholesale marketplaces

The key you are looking for available for a dollar on various marketplaces.

Then just answer all question on the first thread. You couldn't answer a single question about your VPS.

Why can't you answer even the most basic of questions with regards to your VPS? And why did you close the threads?

All clear signs of a scammer.

Do you have a Malwarebytes Anti-Malware key that can extend my existing legit subscription by 1 yr? I need the 3 devices key. Price?

You are spam posts. Previously you had asked me this question and I answered you...Why now are you asking again ?

If you accept Skrill/PP I can pay now. If you want BTC I can pay tomorrow.

Don't bother, just go here and you get the same keys:
