if your wallet had bitcoins in it on the beginning of August 2017 i will buy it

you wallet or paper wallet can be empty at all. you can take out all the bitcoins from it up on a sale to me.

i am buying just empty wallets.

no. it was in my HDD.
probably ive got an eirdrop coins or something and just stored that file in one folder, and now found it.

88 bytes size
it was created 2016 march 29
i am not sure what cryptos it holds.
how can i determine what altcoin it belongs?
