hello its been more than 12 hours since i made my purchase and i do not have my coins. i already posted a message with my quote id, event id, and order number. You then posted saying it was processed. Now I still don't have my bit coins. So what does it mean when you say "processed" because it definitely doesn't mean i have my coins.

ok when you say my order is processed does that mean i should have my coins? cuz i most certainly don't. I also checked blockchain.info and it also shows nothing. could you clear that up for me please

hey i purchased some coins bout 4 hours ago and I have yet to receive my coins. I've checked blockchain and email customer support, never had problems till today. I came here hoping you could fix this. Thanks
