I dont understand these rental rigs, surely if there was money to be made out of renting one the owner would mine with it? or am i missing something?
The problem is speculation and picking the right coin to mine. If you invest in the rigs and chose the wrong coin, you can lose money. If you rent the rig, you can easily calculate how much you need to make a profit, and then let the person renting it from you make their own decision on what to mine.

I'm writing this here, as It's my first time refunding a customer due the simple fact that he set only one pool which went dead. I've emailed him - no answer so, i don't want to be guilty of a dead rig... so i'm refunding him his BTC in full. Don't know. It seemed the right way last night. This morning tho ...
If the renter leased your machine and only put one pool that went dead, that is no fault of your own, why would you refund him money..
I'm writing this here, as It's my first time refunding a customer due the simple fact that he set only one pool which went dead. I've emailed him - no answer so, i don't want to be guilty of a dead rig... so i'm refunding him his BTC in full. Yes, this is not like betarigs when if service goes down, everyone is loosing.
Yeah. Just watch out for the readability of the front page. One major betarigs flaw is the front page layout. It's impossible to find s*** there.
