Genesis Mining is not one of the 'best performing products on the market'. I am getting about 3% per week using auto switching paying out in btc. There are other legitimate altcoin cloud mining sevices returning over 10% per week.
I am new member of this forum. I am thinking about mining. I have found that a lot of miner are mining with Genesis-mining. So i need to about their performance. What do all of you think? Can i start mining with them.Well depends...

If you want to ROI...not a chance...Overpriced MH/s and 1 year contract...Monsters like Gawminer and KNC scrypt aren't even here...
Go buy some Miners or look around...you have plenty alternative.
Beside that, i never be disappoint on the support side of Genesis mining, very Pro...so sad MH/s are expensive and 1 year contract...oh... and no compensation for early buyers...

Je suit dans le BTC depuis janvier 2013, j'ai un peut toucher a tous, le cloud mining qui pour moi reste une supercherie qui remplira seulement le portefeuille du patron, les autre coin qui pour moi reste une mode avec des trading très dangereux.
Conclusion le seule truc qui marche pour moi reste le trading en btc, gardez votre argent et quand il aura une crise comme celle de février acheter, je trade 2 a 4 fois pare année avec 10000 , je trade quand il y a seulement une descente de 200 a 300 $, faire du trading sur 50 c'est pour moi.

I was lucky enough to have my 2MH/s upgraded to 2.23MH/s. Woot woot!
Typo? A 15% upgrade should be 2.3 MH/s. Otherwise please contact the support team and we have a look what is going on.
On a general note: We purchase hardware at discounted prices from manufacturers. As much as we would like to magically upgrade everyone's hardware, this is unfortunately not possible. So basically it is the same situation as if you purchase the hardware in a shop and mine at home. In contrast to a shop we are trying at least to mitigate the effect between price changes.
Regarding question about X11: yes, we plan to offer something soon.

Altcoins are tanking right now along with returns of most cloud mining services unfortunately. If you want to invest seek out the lowest cost per mH. No need to pay over $75 per mH and there are reputable companies sellling for as low as $25 per mH. That will give you a fighting chance to get ROI in less than 4 months.
