Better if you can provide with some proper proofs such as txid of your deposit or screenshot of the blocked one. Have you tried to contact them by pm or email? It is a brand new site, I do not think they will scam user for 0.001btc although I think this site is not good enough since the first day of the beta since the site ignore my question about the script which looks the same as amphoras.
