I did my withdrawal at 3/3/2016 7:11:14 PM, but when I click on withdrawal link, blockchain give me "Transaction not found". My wallet is right because i'm receiving every day from other sites. So, what happens?

One account per ip enforced now for free accounts. Please make sure to withdraw from the same ip as you registered.
Premium accounts do not have this limitation
The unfortunate ones:
1. youll be able to change ip soon every 5 days or so
2. youll be able to buy a building and upgrade to a premium account this way
