It depends on coins/tokens you would like to trade. For core coins i like Bitstamp.net, for most of altcoins Bittrex.com. If you want to buy some specific altcoin, you should look to coinmarketcap.com, Markets tab where is traded.

Maybe Bitcoin just now. But it will be better using lighting network and atomic swap technologies in near future. But Ethereum is fine i think. It has pretty good speed, low transaction fees, strong network affect and smart contracts.

I don't think so. I like ETH but there is strong competition on the crypto market. The fiat money flowing there is limited. It will grow, but $4000 is too much nice idea :-)

I do not recommend short time trading unless you have a lot of experience in this field. I prefer long term hold. Almost does not matter what :-) Whole crypto market goes up.

I know ICOs are the best investment but only if they are very carefully selected. Pity, it's so hard to recognize what ICO is bad nad what one is appropriate to invest in. I think option 2 is the best. And for sure not to select option 4. Maybe small amount convert to fiat would be ok, bud only small. Mostly stay in diversified crypto.
