Because last block of VIVO was found 18h ago. So you have to wait for the next block, then your balance will show how much you've earned

Small pool -> longer duration find a block -> longer time to get paid...

Yes it can be done - and already is done Smiley it's called "sniffdog" and we might say it is nemosminer fork
