Why would you takeover a coin where 80% of the coin were instamined within the first hours ?
Did you look at the first pages of the thread when mining started and diff retarget did not work etc. ?
If you REALLY plan to "takeover" a coin or even rename it, start over with a WORKING diff retarget on a fresh chain and a new launch.. Otherwise you are just supporting the original shit from the dev, no one knows who holds most of the coins which where instamined, i'm pretty sure the dev holds quite a lot, just waiting to dump

a member has agreed to fund the remaining fee requirement. we have agreed in 2 days if no activity by dev the 500k will be placed in escrow whereby i shall begin to takeover the coin.

just a thought for you guys, i'd be interested in working or taking the coin over. dev if your interested in building a p2p escrow exchange to buy/sell directly in wallet PM me. if community wants a takeover my fee is 500k which you keep in escrow until its released
well as long as you keep us updated, can you elaborate more on the "p2p escrow exchange". Is this a normal exchange or something better. Id like dev to work with you but either is fine.
I'l discuss in more detail once i know what direction were heading i'l say it is a better and secure way to trade given the exchanges hold your coins and could disappear then giving a explanation "hack" your coins in your wallet are safe
