Im not sure about if there will be a need for KYC for bounty. But for another projects, we do not need a KYC, only if we receive payment.

Bitcoin has a limited number of coins while mining will not be profitable due to high energy cost and expensive hardware. So I think Bitcoin will likely go down within the next 5 years

Investors often seem to forget that when making an investment into a product / service they're also investing in the people running the show as well. Pumping/Dumping has its own regulation.
