Yes, most altcoins are very cheap now, but many traders don't have much money to buy, but i am sure that big players will buy a lot of coins during this dip and make a lot of money when the market recovers again.

It is a good strategy, but to avail this opportunity you have to be online when the price drops sharply. I some time buy when the price drops sharply, but many times i fail to avail this opportunity, as i am not online.

I believe now is the right time for investment, it is a blessings in disguise. Invest 40% of your funds, if the price dips even further then invest 30% more and in this way continue until you have invested all your funds.

Day trading doesn't often work, when the market is in bearish mood. You can only be successful if you buy when the price dips suddenly and sell when it rises again. So, in such situation, holding will be recommended.
