Someone help me please.........
I've deposited an amount of SOAR into C-Cex to trade. On explorer page, my transation was completed after that but i haven't received anything on C-Cex. I sent ticket to support. And now, after about 9 hours, I've just received the answer. It's about something about contract address which I wasn't provided by C-Cex, so I lost my SOAR. What should I do?
