It's obviously a sold account if he doesn't know what signature campaign is.. At first I thought he is asking on how to create signature designs

There has been a lot of reports about Axies being gifted/hacked to the hackers account. There's a rotating fake ronin wallet app that's being published on Play store.
The official ronin wallet isn't on playstore or any application store where you can download it. It's only available on their very official website, don't download any of those but only to the official source.

Yes, because in the first place they already downloaded the wrong link of ronin extension, some of the users who were excited to create their accounts didn't notice the difference between the original an the fake domains, in other words from the very start they were already clicked the phishing site before they began to play the game.
Some of the users disappointed to google and blame it to them why they allow fake domains on the search function, that is why this hackers easily hacked their accounts.
I don't really know the process, but I saw it on a youtuber reveal how his account got hacked, he checked his browse history and saw the fake domains.
I usually use the search function, but I couldn't find any guides regarding about this.
I'm not agree with it creating accounts, could led us to be red tagged. Most of users here only create new accounts when they're main account get a red tag, especially scammers.

1. I stormed on some companies sponsoring campaigns whereby the Campaign manager is red trusted, almost all the participants of the campaign are red trusted. The company tried to open some sort of honest review by users. Yet, the review was influenced with money.
Even under the review, some users were crying how they were defrauded by same company.
2. Amidst this, people are still patronizing the company. Does it therefore mean that the red flag or trust is not the true representation of a user. Can a user be a saint and yet red trusted by many?
3. These campaigns pay good money. Where exactly does this money come from? From the defrauded individuals or the company generated profits?
I understand your concern OP. I can't find any rule here that say's a red tagged user were prohibited to manage a campaign.
If i were to ask I won't promote or give a shit about the project if the manager had red trust.

Probably most of the gang mentioned were all members of the Default trust system, or all of them ? They were like members of Mafia they have the power and in control. They have the authority to red trust anyone, because some of them were abusive with their duty.
Not all, it depends on the gang you refers... take a look of Polar91 gang there's no any single DT of the members 
DT members aren't a Mafia or something criminal, it can defined as a trustworthy person in this forum. Of course they could give green/neutral/red trust to anyone, but it must have an evidence or a reason why they give it. If they were abusive or misusing the power they could get excluded from DT.

Elon musk we can consider him as one of the whales am I right. Those whales were the one's behind the manipulations. As I expected some of the big/small investors was waiting for the price roll back.
But I don't think that there is some bad news that could affect the price go down. The popularity of the rumored richest man on earth Elon musk, would still stand against in any bad news.

I'm not against your plans here mate but i think it's better if you will put some details on why you are asking this and what is the project is all about so this will at least gather attention and some support from the community though like what the upper post says there is no free in this world yet i am still believe that there are others that willing to Help specially if they have no existing campaign ongoing.
