The ZCore project is entering a dangerous stage right now:

— all it’s coin/tokens reached ATL (All Time Lows) over the last few days;
ZCR ATL = 10 Sep 21,
Zefi ATL = 13 Sep 21,
ZCRT = stuck at its ATL since April 21.

The tech is pretty good with nice wallets, mobile apps, DEFI platform and a payment card — but the problem is squarely on its poor leadership and business execution. ZCore’s CEO has found it challenging to define a clear strategy for growing the project.

With lack of new investors joining, lack of proper marketing strategy, lack of tech support, lack of community engagement, lack of company funds to pay bills, and the departure of a key team member from the company, it’s now a question of how long can investor pain continue.

In the meantime, the pace of new ALTs continue to be reached more frequently now.  Only time will tell how this will end…

Support form on https://zcore.network is disabled
need help tracking a transaction wrapping wZCR
sometimes I get the impression that ZCORE is a one developer band who doesn't offer support

The dev who supported ZCore left last May 2021 to pursue other interests and has not been replaced — possibly due to lack of funds.  This could explain why ZCore support is closed.
Also, numerous people have complained that their masternodes have stopped working and are unable to restart them, hence are losing rewards.

Why would a key member of the dev team leave ZCore (unless there was a major disagreement within the team or the business is slowly losing money)?

The main dev, Erick, is a good developer but even he will be challenged to keep up development and look after support. So in that sense you would be right about the one-man band.

Beside from trading is there any use of your coin? Also I'm kinda interested on investing may I know how much coin should I buy in order to run node? Or any useful links that would give information about investing here.

The ZCore website has all the details for products and services >  https://zcore.network/#ecosystems

For ZCR mining (masternode and staking) rewards >  https://github.com/zcore-coin/zcore-2.0/wiki#block-reward-distribution

For ZCR masternode, you need 5000 ZCR coins. See ZCore explorer for masternode details >  https://explorer.zcore.network/masternodes

For ZCR staking, you need a minimum of 1 ZCR coin stored in 1 address.  See explorer for staking stats such as average staking input, average reward waiting time, and so on >  https://explorer.zcore.network/pos

For Support >  https://central.zcore.cash/

They have a pre-mine on their ZCore blockchain, be careful with that, they have also switched from their own blockchain to token in ethereum, this is also strange, why switch from your own blockchain to be an token in ethereum?

FALSE about the pre-mine (ICO)!
And FALSE about the switch!

FACT CHECK 1:  "The ZCore project never had an ICO or premine. The project is financed through the ZCore Foundation" -- quote from ZCore official website.  Please refer to ZCore website > https://zcore.network/#coins

FACT CHECK 2:  The ZCRT token was created as an ADDITION asset class based on the Ethereum ERC20 standard to the ZCore project.  Both the ZCR coin AND the ZCRT token exist as two separate blockchains within the ZCore  ecosystem offering users with solution options from the best of both worlds -- a benefit which few other crypto projects provide.  Please refer to the ZCRT and ZCR Whitepapers > https://zcore.network/#coins

FACT CHECK SOURCE:  https://zcore.network/#coins

Since it's simple to fact check your false statements, I leave it to each reader to judge your real intentions behind your misleading post
