If BTC drops to something like $1000 then yes, but no it wont.
If ETH is hacked and major flaw is discovered like the one that lead to ETC then yes, maybe.

I would go for Litecoin.
It's basically Bitcoin with a few changes and as such it serves as a testing platform for technologies that is later implemented in Bitcoin.
