Stakenet XSN. Their DEX is coming out on December 10 and it's been one of the only coins in the green the past few days. Massively undervalued and finally gaining some recognition after 3 long years in development. 
Indeed, however as far as insights, everybody has their own perspectives on this, since every individual who utilizes any stage has individual necessities so somebody needs to utilize the stage and that is autonomous of different things, for example, accommodation and highlights allies.
I think it just comes down to who has the fastest, safest, best working product for most.2020 showed us that Decentralized exchanges have a lot of advantages and they can be really comfortable to use. There is only one problem, which disturb to make it more popular - high fees. When it will be solved some way (some already have decisions like layer 2 etc), DEXes commuinty will grow and maybe CEX will be less populr than now. 2020 was a start year for DEXes. The main game starts only now, I think
Layer 2 is the next battleground for sure. It makes the difference between a DEX feeling like a CEX and it feeling slow and having no liquidity.Getting listed on Bitfinex is like an investment and it was so goooood...

Are there good layer 2 DEXes coming out? Paying $100 for a trade on Uniswap seems like an anatham to the point of DEXes -- to allow cheap exchanges to happen fast.

The majority of CEX's currently on the market are going to lose a lot of value when new regulations are drafted and take effect by the SEC. You may not want to believe it, but this is the most probable outcome.
That has already been happening at an accelerating pace since 2017, especially 2018.The ones that are left will have intense KYC and no privacy coins.
I'm not sure whether all you stakenet shill(s) realise but when there's multiple newbie posts across close on a dozen threads shilling stakenet it's more likely to deter investors rather than attract them.
Going back a few years a couple of bagholders could attract new investors by posting on multiple threads but people are more cautious nowadays, you're doing more harm than good in attracting attention to the project regardless of its potential.

Sure man... The project just pumped 35% today. Call us shills all you want, but if you actually listened, you'd be WAY in the green right now. When this thread was made XSN was evaluated at $0.05. It's at $0.43 now, and soon it will do another 10x on top of that.

The title says it all basically. The DEX competition is HUGE, so many projects seems to be competing in this field.
The first DEX on the market was Blocknet, pretty decent DEX, but there are so many out there.
What do you guys think?

In 10 years, Lightning Network will be as obvious as Bitcoin... Only a few people understand what LN can do and what it can imply.
This is why I understand why a project like Stakenet doesn't get more attention.
Soon they will realize how important Stakenet as it's the only project working on trustless instant BTC, ETH, LTC, transactions with next to 0 fees on their DEX and Multi-Currency Wallet (built in 1 dApp). People use Bitcoin to INVEST and NOT SPEND so they don't care much about the onchain fees/transaction fees.

So this project have its own blockchain ? And also we can stake the coin like we did on waves wallet ? Where did you get that the team help LTC yeam to implementing lightning network ?
Forgive the late reply. Yes, Stakenet has its own blockchain. Yes, you can stake it.The LTC Foundation and X9 formalized a partnership to collaborate on LN back in 2018.
