Can I set a command in the config.txt to delay the operation of the miner. When I use separate bat file command timeout is working great and I can se delay but can I set the delay in the config.txt which does not recognize timeout as a delay command.

With RX470 you will get about 30% slower decred performance. I have RX470 compared to the RX580 it consumes at GPU-Z 85W-90W and hashes with 28.3 MH/S ethereum and 620MH/S decred and the RX580 with the same settings consumes about 95W-100W at GPU-Z and hashes with 28.8 MH/S ethereum and 920MH/S decred  so it is better to buy RX580 .  

If you have Sapphire Pulse RX580 8Gb Hynix with it`s own 1750 straps at 1100 Mhz Core and 2150 Memory it will hash with dual mining Ethereum 27.3Mh/s and 500Mh/s Sia at -dcri 17 if you use this strap 777000000000000022CC1C00106A6D4DD0571016B90D060C006AE70014051420FA8900A00300000 01B11333DC0303A17  it will hash at 29.5 Mh/s Ethereum + 500 Mh/s Sia .
