Re: How long do you plan to hold on to your top Cryptos?

I agree, 3 years is quite a long time to hold a new altcoins that we think will rise in the future, an even a good potential altcoins wont take that long, if the coin that you are holding longer than a year and still without any good progress, then sell them all, it would be better if we know to cut our losses and stop wasting time to invest in some better altcoins, the time is very valuable so we can use our money to invest in new altcoins when they have higher chance to rise in the future.

Re: What coin do I need to invest in

Due to the instability of the market recently, investing in a coin has been a tough decision for most people in here. The market is not to be trusted in terms of its direction. So if you want to invest in a coin, consider investing in a coin that has proven itself in this market. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Monero and just some of these coins you can count on and have less worry about your profitability.

Not all the altcoins are a good chest piece. Digital currencies are the right investment because they will be not only increasing in their prices but become the future money also. In altcoins, I see potential of surviving in ethereum, monero, litecoin, dogecoin, ripple, waves, neo, ethereum classic and lisk. Spending in bitcoin can actually give more profits than all of them.

It depends on which altcoin you are holding for last 6 months, if you have bought them at peak prices than you might have to wait longer to get any profit out of it and if you have bought some shitcoins when they were pumped by some pump group than you might never get any profit from them and you have to ultimately sell them for loss.

There are alot of Bounty campaigns out there, and there are a number of diffrent ways to join them. If you got alot of followers on Twitter or Facebook you get crypto for sharing their tweets/posts. Same if you got a big blog with alot of readers.
If you know any other language other than english you can also translate their website/whitepaper in exhange for tokens. You should visit the Bounty section and start participating! Its fun aswell.

Re: What are you using ETH for?

I use eth as a capital for trading and to pay for my token transaction gas, but eth can also be used as a very good investment tool of its potential after bitcoin. eth has a good market support from the first in the market so do not be surprised if now the price of eth is also quite expensive.

Ethereum would be my number one pick. Since the birth of Ethereum, it established a good reputation to the community as well who engages on it and also the investors. It creates and gives us good projects that we are still joining on. It lays different platforms that makes them unique above all. They have all trusted investors, board of directors as well as someone who manage the campaigns or the project also. Many people are still engaging in ethereum as it next to bitcoin and maybe the same as bitcoin as of now.

Re: How risky to invest in cryptocurrency?
by
nirmalakk
on 08/07/2018, 01:31:30 UTC
The risk in this market varies a lot, if you invest in bitcoin right now and are willing to do it for the long term the risk is almost zero but if you are investing in an ico and you plan to hold for only a few months then the risk is incredibly high so at the end we are the ones that decide whether or not to take such high risks and this is why many people lose their money since they do not understand the risks they are taking.

Re: Whats wrong with Coinmarketcap?
by

on 07/07/2018, 10:25:14 UTC
Actually nothing wrong with coinmarketcap, it's just a lot of new coins are released and I think maybe they have a team that is not solid and inexperienced and does not have a good business partner to support the ICO, because an ICO when launched it will have a coin and a clear website, because of course investors will see their website to analyze and read the white paper and ICO roadmap before investing.

I agree with you, before ICO comes. altcoin only a small amount. but it is very good in quality. create their platform, a good project. and not copying on another coin. it makes altcoin highly qualified. but now too much altcoin makes it low quality. and damaging altcoin. they are just looking for profits from ICO. and this is considered much to deceive investors.

Re: How to avoid ICO scam
by
nirmalakk
on 07/07/2018, 10:17:15 UTC
I guess the best way to avoid ICO scam is not to invest in ICOs at all   That's the only way to be sure. And it is not really as bad as it sounds. One may still explore the ICOs which seem interesting and invest in them when the coins are released. I think that mostly the prices don't differ much from what they used to be during ico when the coins start to appear on exchanges, whereas the safety obviously grows a lot since you can be sure you'll be able to sell the coins just as you were able to buy them.

Re: Short term Trading investment or Bounty campaigns?
by

on 07/07/2018, 10:09:58 UTC

It seems to me that here you can not guess exactly where you will get more profit. and note that with participation in the bounty campaign you will be less nervous, because you simply perform simple actions for reward, and in the case of investments, even short-term ones, these are nerves, emotions and constant experiences, tracking the course and tracking all events.

Re: Manager Level = Campaign Successfully?
by

on 06/07/2018, 02:37:30 UTC
I guess we are forgetting here that managers are just there to do their own job and there is simply no way anyone can easily find out if a project ends up successful or ends up a scam just because the manager is a high ranked member.

It is all about the team and even though some managers always take their time to scrutinize the project they want to collect, some really do not always care and what they are after most of the time is just what they get paid and the rest is left for you as an individual to make your own decision.

Re: Is it safe to put the tokens on the exchange?
by
nirmalakk
on 06/07/2018, 02:34:23 UTC
If you don't have a lot of money and coins on the exchange's account, you can keep it there in a short time, or if you are a regular trader, then you have to put it on the exchange. But the usual way is to deposit your wallet and keep the password. Because even the largest exchange can't fully guarantee your account's safety.

The low price on the ICOs is not as a result of bad research, it is just all over and affected by the big gun bitcoin and ethereum. One can only judge when the value of bitcoin and ethereum rises later and the ICOs are not affect positively. I believe if the ICO are doing the needful to improve the product and volume of trade they will always keep up in maintain the coin price.

Re: Are bounty managers to be blamed?
by
nirmalakk
on 04/07/2018, 08:45:15 UTC
As the investors can be tricked to believe in a project, announcers and bounty managers too can.
But bounty managers should be responsible in sharing any suspicious progress they know to prevent investors loss as soon as possible.
Rather doing that, here most of the bounty managers keeps on working for the scam project as they are paid to do so.
Knowingly presenting a scam as a legitimate project should also be considered a fraud.

There is a possibility the experts has been paid by the developer to create any report or rating to the ico, the fact that the early investor will become the first party that will get a lot of the profit from the hyped ico. In fact those icos are sold just in a few minutes has trade more than 3x from the ico price. If there is a lot of potential and the new investors can take a part on it.

In general, I think that the crypto-currencies have just been created precisely for this kind of investment, because with such a pace of development of the crypto-currency sphere, it will be very a pity after a few months of investing to earn less than you could earn if you did not withdraw money, but would remove them in a year or in 5 years. But there is always a risk that this project will not be able to live that long.

Just go with the one who is providing you most of the volume and good UI! And such exchange could be Huobi, Binance, Kucoin etc. They are getting popular day by day and the goodness is unspeakable for them. I am not giving overwhelmed response about them but they are the who has come in the market recently but have broken apart other top 3 platforms in the crypto world. I think you will find most of your coins over these exchangers and can enjoy the benefits. Binance and Huobi app is mots interesting one and very handy to use.

Re: ICO is still legit?
by

on 29/06/2018, 17:28:08 UTC
There are lot of ICO sprouting nowadays.  Some are legitimate while other is just a scam.  So, the best way to determine whether an ICO is legitimate one through reading the whitepaper, tracing the milestone and the checking the developers.  The formula to avoid scam is through carefully analyzing the project concept so, you should find time to read and analyze the ICO!
