what i saw on the exchanges is that the majority of volume which keeps ANC in the Top100 list comes
from China ANC/CNY.

I doubt any exchange would be interested right now based on length since last release, lack of volume and history of some exchanges freezing or delisting the coin for codebase problems

Anoncoin is dead, I mean couldn't even fix the difficulty algorithm by copying and pasting any modern algorithm released in early 2014? Much less hyper theoretical zero coin. You know the deal.

And yet, the value of SDC is down over the month while ANC is coming back up.

Anoncoin progress report
I would like to give a quick update on some of the progress that has been made with Anoncoin in the past week.
I am unwilling to give estimates at this time for the release dates given the missed deadlines that we have all been subjected to in the past. As soon as I have a "hard" estimate, I will be certain to let you know.

This move is designed to give the other developers more time to concentrate on what they do best, all while bringing in extra help to aid in dealing with general organizational and PR issues.
We will provide a more detailed statement in the next 24 hours as to what this will mean in practice. You can rest assured that development is continuing and that the project has not been abandoned: If things were not moving forward, we would never have agreed to take on this responsibility!
